The amount of people that don’t know there’s protein in leafy greens and many other plant-based foods is astonishing! I am a nutrition graduate student and vegetarian/mostly vegan and I really enjoyed this video, thank you for sharing!! :)
Ahhhhh ;D thank you Emily for sharing that , you are right but folk do not always believe you unless you have a certificate to say you are qualified , so appreciate you backing this up
Healthy salt is so important for minerals! I read recently that the pink Himalayan salt is “dirty” that best we use Celtic Sea Salt, that it’s clean and has the complete profile need of minerals.
Hey Kristina! Been following you since 2013, and have transitioned from fully vegan with cooked meals and starches, to just now (2 weeks in) transitioning to raw vegan. I'm loving your videos. I'm in a group with Don (don't know his last name) but he still agrees with your teachings so yay!
Love you so much! I turned fully raw because of you!! I know you since I'm 15!! You're glowing as always. Thank you for your peace of heart. God bless you ✝️❤️💕
I'm going to be honest, I didn't really think I'd like this as much as I do, but I'm trying to do better, so I made it. I really like garlic, so I put two cloves in it, as well as an extra lime. It's delicious!! My meat-eating family even likes it. I put it as a sauce over their grilled chicken. They gawked at the intense green color, but after trying it, they loved it as well. Thank you!
I just stumbled across you and I am so happy I did! Everything you make is right up my alley. You look so healthy and beautiful and I know that’s from the lifestyle you live. I just turned 55, I eat healthy but not to the degree you do…..you have inspired me to attempt to eat fully raw. Thank you!
Thank you so much for this video. It is so inspiring. I am leaving Sprouts farmers market now. Just purchased all of the ingredients to make this delicious dressing. I cannot wait to dive in.
De-li-scious...I will be making this one again and again. I didn't have any tahini, but I did have sesame seeds so I threw that in instead. I was scraping the vitamix to get every drop....thank you.
I am so happy to a found you today! Your salad is the most beautiful salad I’ve ever seen and I cannot wait to duplicate it at least a little. I cannot wait to make this dressing it’s going to be so delicious! Thank you for sharing💚
CILANTRO, DILL AND BASIL ARE VERY GOOD COMBINATIONS WITH TAHINI. HOWEVER DILL, MINT, BASIL AND CILANTRO IS ALSO GOOD. A VERY GOOD ITALIAN DRESSING WITH PARSLEY USING FLAT LEAF PARSLEY IS MADE WITH CARROTS, OLIVE OIL, GARLIC, AND HIMALAYAN SALT AND APPLE CIDER VINEGAR WITH SOME SWEET FROM AGAVE NECTAR OR COCONUT NECTAR.
I love you. I love your videos. I love the fantastic vegetables and fruit. I'm a raw foodie and I love it. I love watching your channel. And you so adorable and sweet and caring. Just a joy.
Kristina, you are positively glowing with health! Thank you for all your fabulous recipes and tips..you are so appreciated! Love from North Carolina ❤️
Hi Kristina, do you actually eat the whole salad yourself or do you share it? I think I could eat the whole salad in one go but it might be a challenge! Thank you for the great dressing recipe. 🙏🏼
What is the heat rate value of the blending that happens? Many mixers spin so fast that the food enzymes are killed. Versus an auger run juicer that spins slower.
These foods look so good I love salads the only problem I have is that I don’t have time to make them I just feel so daunting you know like we are not used to making something it becomes sure at first I guess I have to just practice like I have practice everything else so it can be easy
Sweet Basil and Holy Basil aka Tulsi are not the same thing. Their leaves are quite different. They also have different properties. What you have appears to be sweet basil.
Kristina, I really love your channel, and all the recipes you share. I am just wondering what fruits and veggies you don't eat. For instance, I have never seen you use potatoes.
Thank you so much for being a beautiful inspiration. I love cilantro when whole, but same cilantro blended becomes so bitter for me, that I can't even enjoy one spoon of it. Same for other herbs, even dill. I might need to try chopping it finely in food processor instead of blender maybe, I don't have one yet. If someone has same little issue, would you be so kind to mention how do you keep the original taste of herbs please. Greatly appreciated ❤️
Where did you get your seeds for Holy Basil ? Thank you ! I am going through your recipes to get inspiration to ''cook'' raw meals after your 5 days juice challenge! Yayi !
Your Hawaiian glow is beautiful & inspirational and I definitely felt the connection to your garden. Thank you for the recipe.
I want a home tour!
How do you get your hair to grow so long?
It's her diet.
Her diet makes her hair grow, it's healthy.

Kristina's big lips are excellent for copulation.
One day we will copulate.
i used to be scared i was eating too much fruit or vegetables but thank god i found Kristina 😭 i can’t wait to eat abundantly
Kristina’s version of “1 Tablespoon” is definitely...abundant! 👀
Yes 😂 everrrry time it seems 🧐...... why not just say,.....half a cup 😅🌱💚🌱
Nahhhhhh a heaping tablespoon is nothing like half a cup! 😂😂😂
More like 2 cups ha ha
So is mine, is that a problem?

Agreed. I wonder where they think the elephant, panda bear, cow, goat and many other animals get their protein. Lol
I made this dressing today and it was fabulous! 🥰
