I was always a vegetable eater being from the Caribbean, but celery was never my favorite until I met celery and apple. it is my favorite green juice. I drink at least 72 ozs a week. Sooooooo great! I use the strained finer pulp in my smooth. Thanks Kristina!
Wow, these look amazing. I've been increasing raw, fresh-made juice recently and already I'm noticing amazing differences. I'm looking forward to getting to 100% raw (definitely vegan) and all the benefits. I do feel calmer already just from all the juice and, of course, calming music is helpful.

Kristina, hello. Please tell me how many meals you divide these portions of salads, bowls. From the video, they seem large. I've been going raw for 2 months, but I'm afraid of eating large amounts of fruit, large portions of salad, bowls. I'm worried I'll gain weight from them. Can you share information about the amount of food you eat each day or maybe you've had a video like this before. Thanks)
The fruit in the smoothie bowl is 700 calories by itself, and one scoop of sunwarrior protein is 100 cals so that bowl is at 800 cals even before the coconut and dried fruit. There's nothing wrong with eating a large meal but for the average person that would have to be one of only two meals in a day.
My dream ❤️🙏is to be 100% raw vegan. I am 50% now or 80%. I do not have a good blender or juicer. I hope I can get one soon. You Kristina are my mentor and I adore you ❤ God bless you 🙏

I tried many times to add sun warrior' products in my smooties, but it taste sooooo sweet and dont feel natural. So intense flavors like loaded with chemicals. Still looking for something natural
Ethics of not eating animals, enjoying raw food… I see plenty of people every day supplementing their diets and they’re not raw vegan. So I’m not really sure what your point is.
What do you do with the solids from the juicer? Seems like such a waste or pointless to juice it if you’re going to eat them anyways in something else. Do you actually eat that whole bowl/jug of everything you show that you made?! Seems like a LOT of food!! And I think I’d get tired of eating the same thing all day long. It would be nice to see more easy recipes that are made with actual ingredients that can be found in a common grocery store. Not everyone has access to the more ‘exotic’ foods. It makes it harder to go raw vegan or just vegan.
Nuts aren’t the only things that a raw vegan eats! There are such a huge variety of living plant foods, there’s an abundance to choose from. I, myself, have food allergies and intolerances, but I simply make substitutions and eat what I can. I’m never hungry! It’s all about your self love and the decisions you choose to make for your own health. Nuts don’t have to stop you, if you really, truly desire to eat more plant-based.🥑🥒🍎🍌
Simple and delicious? You're making it so complicated with all these over promoted potions and machines. Just grab some fruit Kristina, you're like the junk food version of raw

You have to eat more volume as a vegan to meet calorie needs. And I believe she is active as well so it makes sense to eat that huge salad bowl.
