Flexibility and Balance Flow

  • Hi Yogis!
    I know that some of you enjoy challenges that revolve around flexibility and balance, and it's been a while since I created a yoga session that was over an hour long (1 hour and 10 minutes). This practice not only challenges your flexibility and balance, but it will also help you become more grounded and centered. I had fun doing this class and experienced the same challenges you will encounter while practicing! :)
    This class is a stimulating, moving meditation that will make you work on your breath and prepare you for your final meditation (Savasana). Our yoga practice allows our body to settle, relax, and ease into a place of grounding. Ultimately, we want to realize and accept that we are all imperfect human beings, and when we come to acceptance, our journey in life becomes much more beautiful and light.
