    This a 30 Minute Gentle Yoga Stretch routine suitable for all levels. We do a total body seated practice and hold poses for a while. Use this class when you need to stretch and unwind after a busy day. We end with a few minutes of Savasana and close the practice together.

    This is the best 30 min practice I have found. I have painful joints and so doing any poses on all four are difficult for me and that makes me doubt my ability in yoga, however this practice I was able to make it through the whole 30 minutes with no joint pain! Thank you so much! My new morning routine

    Dear Maris of all the yoga videos on you tube, THIS one is not only my favorite - its the ONLY one I will use. I love all your videos, but this one has now been instituted as the video I play on waking and before bedtime. My body felt SO different after I did this sequence, two days in a row, I nearly didnt recognise it!. Thank you Maris for posting this.

      Very effective and motivating.
      Love how u give time to understand the stretch, gentle warning before the next stretch so that we do not need to peek at the screen every few seconds.

    Another great video. As someone removing the physical, emotional, and chemical stressors from my life, your reminders to ease the face and neck are always well-received and in line with the new mindful, positive lifestyle I'm adopting. I also appreciate the reminders not to force our body, to listen to it. It's not a race, but a personal growth process that takes time. I'm off to go XC ski now that I'm loose and energized.     I've tried to do yoga many, many times but so many of the groups I joined and the videos I've watched were a little too advanced for a very stiff, plus size beginner like me.
    This video was PERFECT. Exactly what I've been looking for. I wool be incorporating this into my daily routine.

    So calming. Love how 'quiet' your videos are, and your very soothing style. This practice makes me enjoy the slight tension of the poses, appreciate the ability of the breath to relax and go deeper....sometimes finding the body just wants to stay and release. For as many times as I've done it, surprised that, at the end, sometimes experience an upwelling of some emotion. Thank you.

    I am so glad I discovered your channel! I love the way you hold the poses for awhile so we can really relax into them. I also really appreciated the long, uninterrupted savasana.     I was injured (not during yoga) so i was not able to do yoga for two months. Now that my doctor OKed starting, I started off with this gentle Beginner's Hatha (I used to do Intermediate Vinyasa Flows). This was so good and relaxing, I will continue with this one until I feel ready to go back to Vinyasa Flows. Thank You...

    I love it! I am having some reflux issues right now and I can't do a lot of the normal poses. This workout was really close to the workout I've been doing for Acid Reflux, which I love. The only difference, we don't lay flat on the floor so pillows are used to keep me upright. I got a little sick to my stomach but it was ok. I was tired of doing the same flow every day and I need yoga like I need food. Thanks so much.

    Thank you so much for this. I dabbled in Yoga in my mis 20's and am now 51 and decided to try this today after many others that have been too fast paced and advanced for me. I was shocked to realise how inflexible I am but thoroughly enjoyed the stretches. I will follow this every day and am so grateful for you for sharing this.
