Iron Maiden show a bit more range in their music than most of the metal bands to follow them, and if a 'Maiden song starts out slow and quiet, chances are almost guaranteed it won't stay that way, and it's going to go through a lot of loud, fast, hard, intricate metal territory before it's done!
@@pietrayday9915
Possibly ,
I think they began with all intent to be the Best Heavy Metal Band in the World.. Their Influences was the Likes of BLACK SABBATH ,JUDAS PRIEST,and RAINBOW ,(Steve Harris) is just a Genius when it comes to Writing Music..They came to the the States along with DEF LEPPARD Both bands were billed as the New wave of British HEAVY METAL And MAIDEN Was Hard ,much Harder then DEF LEPPARD.."Phantom of the Opera" from their First Album is Hard as Hell
they knew they were metal. they claimed themselves as part of the "new british wave of heavy metal" lol they knew what's up
The background tune thing is ... unnecessary.
THANK YOU! you're saving me a hassle. I just see most reactioners do it so..
At least not when you are pausing the video
This would be fine :3
Yep, it's uber annoying.
I'd go with intro & outro, but not while pausing. 2 cents...
You are being VERY kind.
Iron Maiden is my favorite metal band of all time.
YOU TOOK THE WORDS right OUT OF MY MOUTH...
Yes Sir. An Iron Maiden concert is on my bucket list. I was too young to go in 86 during their Somewhere in Time tour. My mom wouldnt let me. My brother went. I was so upset. Still am lol. She was right not to let me go, but i still consider it a major disappointment. I'm scarred for life lol.
Happy to hear that
I learned how to play bass to Powerslave on repeat.
@Marcus Cincinnatus Nicko Mcbrain is one of my inspirations to play drums. Of course Clive Burr also, but Nicko is amazing, and he's such a super nice guy. Just always chipper, and loves what he does. I'd love to meet him. He just seems super loveable lol. I love Powerslave. One of my favorites. I used to be a runner, so The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner is super motivational and high adrenaline. Another fav among many. Check out the video "Paula Radcliffe quoting Iron Maiden." Lol its pretty cool.
I love seeing knew people discovering metal. Iron Maiden are immortal legends in the metal community. I hope you explore more of these bands on your own time. Iron Maiden has a nearly infinite catalog. Run to the Hills, The Trooper and Paschendale are some of my favorites.
my favorite is Fear of the Dark (live)
You misssed the part where he's holding the note for a whole 27 seconds. If you were impressed by the 12 seconds in the beginning, why didn't you wait till the end instead of talking about "shooting with the guitar"
1) the goosebump feel name is chilling
2) I seriously thought you were like 16
shed love Queensryche.
Geoff Tates vocals would turn her into a rock / metal head forever.
edit - queensryche .... almost any song off operation mindcrime.
I AGREE .. ALL THAT THIS FANTASTIC BAND HAS EVER MADE...
Lol I tapped on your Profile Pic thinking something popped up on my screen Lmao
I've been listening to Iron Maiden since before I could speak as a baby. You all know I was raised right
Edit: No wonder why my dad loved Iron Maiden. My dad loved history.
7:51 "What is happening?!" What they do is that they slowly evolve the song, playing almost the same thing but change it, like changeing a few notes, use different rythms, adding harmonics on the guitar. Oh, and welcome to the Maiden Family ^.^
at least close the stupid background music while pausing the masterpiece... and you talk more than maiden ...the song couldnt continue 10 secs without being cut... trying to make a constructive comment, maybe challenge yourself not to talk 30 secs mayebe for starters?
She needs Ritalin
O kadar haklısın ki
I agree
Listen bands like Kamelot, Therion, Rhapsody of Fire, Manowar or Helloween. You will love that kind of metal.
Helloween song Halloween, album version, if your gonna do a reaction do a reaction to a long song.
pepepito3000 Don’t forget about Iced Earth
Your comment sounds a little confusing, because ... ..beneath the (-"KEEPER"..) great GERMAN BAND "HELLOWEEN", THERE WAS ALSO A COOL U.S. BAND CALLED "HALLOWEEN"... ....
And try out the Blue Oyster Cult, too - I saw them live a few days ago, they've been doing this sort of hard rock/metal thing since before 1972, and they still rock as hard today as ever. The audience was full of enthusiastic teen and 20-something fans right alongside the old-timers like me, who knew all the lyrics and in some cases were there with parents and grandparents who grew up with the Blue Oyster Cult. "Don't Fear the Reaper" is the BOC's signature song, but they do lots of fantastic songs... "ME-262", "Hot Rails to Hell", "Joan Crawford", "Cities on Flame", "The Siege and Investiture of Baron Von Frankenstein's Castle at Weisseria", "Transmaniacon M.C."....
Manowar and Helloween are really good
There are quite a few old bands that people still listen to, for example Metallica, Judas Priest, Black Sabbath and many others.
Nice to see that we finally got you. You should try Sabaton, for example Carolus Rex or Resist and Bite
And Candlemass (est.1984), and Blind Guardian (also est. 1984) and Rhapsody of Fire (est. 1993) and and and ... you want a good reaction song?
th-cam.com/video/3ALY_mvAVsU/w-d-xo.html
it is only 19 minutes long ahahahaha :p
Carolus Rex is the shit, that whole album is great.
Coat of arms is my personal favorite
i love metallica ,black sabbath, guns'n roses and iron maden and ac/dc
yo
yo
we should have her react to Bathory
It's time to Master of Puppets
"And justice for all" will finish the job if she doesn't.
*_Fight Fire With Fire, period._*
Stop putting thrash metal in a heavy metal reaction. You dumb ass.
I dont know if she is ready for that lol
Raining blood
Bruce Dickinson (the singer) wrote for the last album (16th of their career) a song long 18 minutes with a piano that talks about the disaster of R101, a airship, in the 5th october 1930.
so, they love long songs. good luck
Jesus I suffered 7:25 of this video before I finally gave up. I'm wondering how she's ever going to finish the song - she's not even 1 minute into it yet.
And Iron Maiden fans are just called Iron Maiden fans. ;)
I Love Steve Harris of Iron Maiden. Even with 3 G's on the band, he still sound very dominant in new album.
Loved your reaction. As an avid Iron Maiden fan myself, it’s pleasant to watch someone be so open about a music genre they’re not familiar with. Keep up the good work!
You should have seen her first metal reaction video
As an Iron Maiden fan, I'm really glad you discovered them and find them interesting. Basically, all the things you noticed about them, are the things that make them so good for many people, which is also kind of interesting :D
"I like how mellow and soothing it is right now".
Hee hee, strap in and hold on.
It's frustrating when the music stops every 5 seconds ;(
Holy crap I'm MaidenKid667. I won something. Righteous!
Metal obviously has less sugar than kpop
Don’t react to the negativity, this is so great that you are stepping out of your comfort zone and opening up to this stuff. Keep up the good work and don’t stop discovering these bands’ music!
Funny fact just in case you didnt know, the vocalist Bruce Dickinson is a proffesional pilot from the RAF and have is own plane named Ed Force one lmao.
She is so Cute... and I love her reactions even though I dont get as excited as she does, but Ive been a Maiden fan since 1983!
This is a video on adhd 🤣
K-Pop fans in a nutshell.
Little shits.
For power metal try hammerfall,sabaton,blind guardian,power wolf,Stratovarius,rhapsody of fire,Helloween and symphony x
Welcome to my Metal World for more then 40 years - I love this music , to listen and to play it and i´m 53 years old
5:20 "I'm running out of breath" I think you could talk in the vacuum of space 😶😶
Please react Iron Maiden - Fear of the dark on the same concert :)
Oh that song in tje concert is almos religion hahaha
When the lights goes out i was like "cool shes gonna react to Iron Maiden - Fear of the Dark" kkkkkkk
The singer Bruce had throat cancer which is scared me but he won the battle...he's cancer free
I must admit that it is really gratifying to hear people giving Bruce much respect. Back in the day, Maiden was often scoffed, made fun of and looked down upon by those outside the world of metal. Those of us that were into metal knew, those who weren't just didn't know about Bruce and the amazing voice he possesses.
real instruments, real live performing ( no lip sync ), real vocal power ( no auto tuning ). that is the reason why hardcore old timers say today's music is synthetic.
well, i came to see a reaction to a song. and....... i still waiting her to start hear it.
When you started hearing System of a Down or metallica, your brain will automatically delete every kpop inside you
Metallica maybe but system only turns hip-hop fans to metalheads I know that because they got me into metal
I adore Kpop but I'm also a metalhead
UP THE IRONS is all I have to say for this video❤
I have found MANY metal heads such as myself that are into K-pop, such as myself again.
I'm one too - metalhead for 25+ years, kpop fan for 10 years. Love them both for some of the same reasons, believe it or not
Iron Maiden have some of the best stage shows. The Low part was 17-18 seconds
Iron Maiden >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> All songs K-Pop
Please react to blind Guardian live at Wacken, you will get goosebumbs!
Aaah man. My boy Hansi and his friends really know how to give a good show.
Power Metal is a good entry if you want to dive in into Metal Music.
Oh yeah, 1982 or 2018, doesn't matter, its not pop or mainstream hip hop that after a couple of months u need to spit it out, Metal is like wine 🍷, it will age just fine.
Great job lovely! Ignore the hate comments. As a massive metal fan, your reaction to my favourite band is priceless and brings a smile to my face
Iron Maiden broke a world record for most people in a concert in brazil
The frontman is Bruce Dickenson, drummer is Nicko Mcbrain, Bass is Stephen Harris And the guitarists are Janick Gers, Adrian Smith and Dave Murray.
And, because I will keep pestering you about it, and forgive me for using all caps, YOU NEED TO REACT TO EPICA CONSIGN TO OBLIVION LIVE AT THE ZENITH!!! (sorry, but you really need to react to that video)
Hahahaha wait do u mean Slipknot? :P kidding.. Got it xD
Unleash the Archers - Awakening
Great reaction! In this song werent that much different parts in my opinion. If you want a song with much different parts then do "the Odyssey" by "Symphony X" but I think you arent ready for this.
Please react to Blind Guardian
I second that ;)
That would be SO AWESOME if she would listen to The Odyssey, but yeah. I do not know if she would enjoy it yet. She checked Blind Guardian I think. Mirror Mirror if I am not mistaken.
@@mordraug That would be great but she isn't ready.
I dont think that she done BG.
@@saschakamm9416 I know she did, but it was not the video for that purpose. Now, I am not sure which one was it tho. Or if it is still on the channel.
..IN THE BEGINNING BLIND GUARDIAN WAS ONE OF THE GREATEST N.EW W.AVE O.F T.EUTONIC H.EAVY M.ETAL BANDS... MY PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION WOULD BE "TALES FROM THE TWILIGHT WORLD"... ...THEIR MASTERPIECE IN MY HUMBLE OPINION... !!!!!
I was 13 when the Number of the Beast album came out, my first Maiden album and still listening to it regularly
I saw “Iron Maiden” and instantly clicked
nice reaction though the background music when you were speaking was disjointing. had no idea chopping 2 songs together would be
so frustrating to follow.
Awesome to see that you like Iron Maiden :) They are a legendary Metal band.
I would love to see you react to Dream Theater - The Best of Times - very emotional and beautiful song for you, with one long, very emotional ending guitar solo. I think you would really like it ! :)
Keep it up ! \m/
Cool Recommendation ,but I fear the sound OF "DREAM THEATHER" IS TOO COMPLICATED FOR MOST PEOPLE TO listen TO IT MORE THAN ONCE .. (ESPECIALLY FOR T H I S GIRL....)
@@SUN2RA yeah, but The Best of Times is not that demanding I think.
Try also Wait For Sleep. Not metal, but still a emotional song.
@@mordraug you're into metal and like dark souls too? Great!
@@m3tonu5 Hell yeah ! Shame I cannot play Bloodborne too as I do not own PS4. But a cousin bought PS4, so hopefully I will get an opportunity to play that masterpiece too :D
Oh you haven't heard dream theater yet. Takes you on a journey.
Symphony X is better in my opinion
@@saschakamm9416 For those who like more Neo-classical stuff, yeah. For me, I love both of them equally. Both shine somewhere else. Same with Opeth. All are great at that which they are focused on.
@@mordraug long time ago i saw you last time
@@saschakamm9416 Ah, yeah. Good to see you m8. Same with Wyatt :D
Petrucci destroys on the guitar and portnoy standing next to bohnom as one of the drum greats
"In 1982 I wasn't even born yet and people still listen to that??"
... 😐
Iron Maiden has three of the best guitarists in the world. They have the best bassist, and drummer, and one of the best vocalists. Full disclosure I've been a fan since 1981. Because of life, I saw my first Maiden concert in 2017. My kids took me to Salt Lake and bought tickets for a private booth near the stage. If you get a chance to see Iron Maiden live in concert, do it. You'll be glad you did.
The following year my son seen them again in Krakow Poland. They're that good.
If you are fascinated by the guitars and the vocalist, then you should listen to Galneryus with the song Angel of Salvation or Hunting for your dream. Galneryus is a japanese metal band with one of the best guitarists on this planet. ;) Loved this video, Iron Maiden rocks \m/
Dude u just made my day, I watched hunter x hunter a long time ago and I was always searching for the band but never found them, so thx dude ^^
@@pedromauro7289 Sure, no problem ;)
Compliment... YOU ARE REALLY , WHAT CAN BE CALLED AN "INSIDER" ..MOST PEOPLE DON'T know ANY J METAL , except "BABYMETAL" ( WHICH I ALSO LIKE, even, WITH THAT COMMENT, NO ONE WILL BELIEVE ME, THAT I KNOW AND LOVE ALSO OTHER GREAT J METAL BANDS , LIKE "NGYUEN","GALLHAMMER"," "SKULLFUCK" OR "WAVING FLAGS OF IDIOCRAZY".. ….
you are bad for both my ADHD and OCD ... see ya never again.
UP THE IRONS \m/
Please react to Megadeth
Literally anything from Rust
Megadeth is the best my dude
Aguante Megadeth
Holy wars
That's a good idea
Bruce is a BEAST... you've just listened to the greatest song in music business
Now you have to think... The man who made the solo was Janick Here, but he isn't the only one to make this solo. Adrian Smith, the one with a shorter hair and the goatee, was the guy to first play it, and when he went out the band in 1990, the solo passed to Gers. When he returned, the solo continued with Gers. But the ability of Smith is higher than Gers'
