I want to ask one question I did b1 test online and get results online I write the online reference and at the end of application I have been ask for the test proof certificate I have the online certificate which I will print and scan on my biometric appointment is this will be fine as I don’t have the other certificate. I am looking for some assistance on the below scenario.
I have 2 two kids(age 13 and 8) and they were born in India and holding Indian nationality
They came to Uk on Tier2 dependent on 6th Sep 2016 and completed 5 years. they valid Tier 2 dependent BRP until 10th March 2022.
I was granted ILR in May 2021 and planning to apply for citizenship in May 2022.
I have a question here.
Can I directly apply for citizenship once I grant my citizenship after May-2022 without submitting the ILR application now?
But the kid's current visa will expire on 10-Mar-2022 before I apply for my citizenship.
Could you please let me know valuable advice?

Hey there I have a quick question about parents and how to find a form application for the reference to sign, can you put just one parent if u don’t have two parents at the moment
When you complete the application then they will send you a link for form.
They ask for mother and father if you have one then you must put your Guardian

Hello, at 16:66, there is a checklist of the documents you need to tick. I noticed the top one is "expired national ID card" and I did't see the " valid passport" in your checklist. My question is doesn't the applicant need to provide valid document to prove identity? Many thanks.

Hi, thanks for the video. In the convictions part do you select “penalty for driving offence” or “cautions and other penalties” if you’ve received multiple parking tickets? Even if they have all been paid?

It is a way of the criminal justice system disposing of fairly minor offences without the need for a person to attend court.
Receiving one does not form part of a person’s criminal record. A fixed penalty notice will not normally result in refusal unless the person has failed to pay or has unsuccessfully challenged the notice and there were subsequent criminal proceedings resulting in a conviction. In such instances, they should be treated in line with the sentence imposed by the court.
However, multiple fixed penalty notices over a short period of time could demonstrate a disregard for the law and therefore demonstrate that someone is not of good character.

Hi thank you for the video I just got a question where it's asking about the passport in my situation I have never had a passport as I'm a refugee but it doesn't mention that in the application so which one should I select

1 you have lost it or it was stolen
2 you have never had a passport (for example, because you were born in the UK
3 you have previously applied leave and your passport has not been returned
4 you have sent the home office your passport as part of someone else application

DWP have recently interviewed me "under caution" about a potential benefit fraud. They neither charged me a fine nor sent me to court for a criminal offince. They just asked me to return the money as I have been in a one year full time education course. I dont know the law and thatswhy I had no idea it was not allowed to be on benefit then.

Yes when you will upload them in gray scale these all documents will be almost under the size of documents. I think 6mb is the size.

Normally my permanent residence is still in date just my expired passport date that's the problem. I wrote on the space provided that it has expired and was told to put the issuing place and the expired date which I did. Yet its saying I need to put another date.

The question is: Do you have a travel document? I answered YES, and then I put the details of my British travel document (as I'm refugee). But at the end of the form, one of the mandatory documents they asked me for was a travel document from my country! Not from the UK. So I understood that the question was not referring to a British travel document, so I went back to the form and edited my answer to NO. Then I got a new question: Reason for not providing identification documents?!
