I was not asked those questions when I filled the application. If the naturalisation of your baby is through baby’s grandparents then it is understandable why they would want that. I suggest you ask baby’s grandparents to ask for another birth certificate. You can ask for birth records in the UK. Contact your local authority in the county of birth and they could assist you. hi, where and how i can get replacement of my childs birth certificate for british pasport? plz guide me
Hi,
If you have a photocopy of the birth certificate and remember the county/council where you did the registration, contact them. They are in the best position to better inform you. They can provide you with reprints.
I hope this helps.
Good luck!

If father is British citizens by naturalisation
And baby born abroad,
How long it takes to get British passport
And wt is process?
Please guide
I think it is best to call the government number on their website. Any advise I give you might be outdated, polices change all the time.
I wish you the best.
What if child born abroad.. To one British parent and filipina parent?
Hi,
Please can you contact the government and ask them this question. They are in the best position to answer this because policies are changing.
All the best!
Hi I was wrongly written (at the time of applicants birth ) Indian but I put my British passport number will it impact my baby passport
I think if you made a mistake in your application, you should contact the home office and correct any mistake you have made. If you contact them through the details in their website, they will inform you on how to go about it.
I wish you the best.
i am trying to apply for my baby passport and they ask many documents lik3 grandparents marriage certificate and all original and i do not have any of them
I was not asked those questions when I filled the application. If the naturalisation of your baby is through baby’s grandparents then it is understandable why they would want that.
I suggest you ask baby’s grandparents to ask for another birth certificate. You can ask for birth records in the UK. Contact your local authority in the county of birth and they could assist you.
You can also contact the government through their website for further advice on what to do.
I wish you the best!
I would like to know what happened with that application @rrffband8042

It changes from candidate to candidate and the government will let you know as soon as you submit an application.
All the best!
