    805pm. I just wanted to tell you that thank you for what you do and just know that there was nothing less that I wanted to do when I got home tonight then do my exercises but I didn't even change my clothes and I just started doing it in the living room and I feel better now. Thank you for being you and all you do.

    This is a work out that works well for me I do skip the muscle building part as I have muscular dystrophy so strength training is not an option for me and would be detrimental to my health but I can do the cardio and balance stuff

    It's a great workout, even modified as much as I am compelled to modify it to fit my immediate needs. Love love love the continual instructions, the wonderfully high energy exhibited, the playful banter with the adorable Dr! Better watch out, I might just actually begin to ENJOY and look FORWARD to my mornings with you, Caroline! LOL Thank you for getting me to move!

    love this video.a few moves I can not do especially floor exercises. some I do on the bed, like the one bridge one ,it is mine fav and the lunges, I am 73 this year so I need to keep going

    I just discovered your channel and subscribed, I recently got diagnosed with high blood pressure, I just finished your blood pressure video, I’m doing the ten minute rest and will check my numbers shortly. My dad died in his 40s of a heart attack, I’ve lived beyond his age and I am determined to be here for my family and my future grandchild due in April. Thank you so much for doing what you do, I’m am so grateful to you and I plan to be here with you for the whole year and beyond god willing, thank you again and Happy New year to all, god bless.
