Hi Joe, Thank you for these videos and motivation. I am 61 and started last week every morning doing HIIt. I started it for my mental health, and physical health. I have list 25kg and got the same to go. Your video really supports my mental health, against negative thinking like I will never get fit and it's too late. Have a great week

If I may suggest Joe, I think it would be great if you could wear a microphone or put up a microphone closer to you in order for your voice to be heard more clearly because there is a lot of reverb in that room. Besides that, all great mate!
