My heels come up whenever I try to squat, likely due to tight calves. Really want to get them down. Do you recommend this drill? What about calf stretches? Thanks 🙏
Only if the entire range of motion is hurting the knee. If you can, there is great benefit in moving where you can without pain, even if its a very small range of motion.
When I rock with on the tops of my feet, my right arch cramps up. When I rock with my feet dorsiflexed, my right big toe is super tight. Funny cuz my right ankle is the tight one....you could almost say it's all connected.
Appreciate all your stuff man. Thankful for your channel. Got your book the other day. Thanks again.
I hope it’s helpful to you!
Very nice , I will add in my Warmup routine
Great advice!

I do think this would be a helpful drill. I also think this one can help for your calves: th-cam.com/video/vRnK2wnC2vo/w-d-xo.html
I recently dislocated my ankle, would you still recommend these movements?
After the tissues have had time to heal, Yes, but move curiously and not aggressively. Also, don’t move into pain, but move where you can.
My left knee is very painful when I try this...but I'm working on mobility. Should I avoid this exercise?

It does all sound to be connected!
My knees pop like crazy doing this
As long as the pops don’t hurt, it’s probably ok
