I don’t know , people will probably think I’m stupid and maybe I am but I just figured out how to make a library for my favorite videos of these from OS /Tim that are the most beneficial for me. I have so many that I like and I had a very hard time remembering and locating the video I wanted to use for that particular exercise. Ha I now have the ones I like all in one place and I can add more any time I choose. I have thousands of a variety of videos in my favorite folder but didn’t know I could create more folders. So now I have a Tim/OS folder. Oh my goodness gracious- so very helpful! Yes I know - idiot here - ugh 🙃 😅I have no idea why I didn’t know this. But now I do 🙌 Jeeze now I feel like I need to pay for these. This is valuable information. 🙏
These "weird" movements are so deceptively effective... You'll only know it when you really experience them. Thanks again for the Awesome share Tim! PS; I luv "weird" ; D
I usually do rocking in training sessions, but strained something in my left arm and shoulder last Friday while changing a tire, one of those injuries you become aware of later. Finally, today I could rock and do some leopard crawling, still can't do pushups, or rocking pushups, let alone weight training, except for suitcase carries. I've done windshield wipers, dead bugs, and bird dogs in the meantime. Glad you included circular rocking in the video, it's one of my favorite resets.
Thanks a lot for these Tim! Any chance you could also do a video on how to practice crawls in a limited space, like smaller rooms since many of us don't have access to gyms or larger spaces to work out in.
Love this. I try to rock at least 10 min 3 days per week but sometimes it’s hard to keep my brain into it. Changing it up every min helps so much. I also mix in Hindu rocking, one arm, staggered, and a variation for feet and hands that I think came from a video two years ago. And then matrix rolling. Always. That’s my favorite.
I binge watched your videos from the other channel..You seem to have lot of body awareness and if I'm not wrong all these movements come intuitively to you. It would be really helpful if you make more of these rocking routine videos (compiling different variations) because it is difficult to remember all the variations.
I do this as my warmup when I want to go to the gym right after waking up and my body feels so stiff. It wakes me up and lubricates my joints for my workout.
It’s going to sound like hooey, but all of the body. This builds reflexive strength and allows your body to more freely express and release the strength you have.
I keep getting advertisement posts from HIMS for ED on Facebook and other things. I explain and post this video on Rocking in the comments section. I hope the world starts viewing your videos instead of taking pills that their bodies will become reliant on.

Weird is the way!
Was just watching a Dan John video where he mentioned you. Now I'm following. Don't understand why you don't have more. Great stuff. Thanks!!!
I appreciate that! My other channel has tons more. It’s the Original Strength TH-cam channel.

These exercises seem so simple and logical yet I've never seen it anywhere else before

I can do that. Thank you.
Going to start doing this.
Awesome….gonna do it tomorrow for sure. Thanks pal
I so love your lessons…so simple, but so nourishing! Thank you!
Thank you, Marilynn!
Thank you! Babies know things that we forgot 👶

You've got quite the routine! I love it!

Thank you for the suggestion
I second this, and maybe create 10 minute follow along sessions of various movements intending to fix some problem (ex. calf strain).
Nice one. I’m definitely going to try this. Thanks!
Hope you enjoy it!
Just so simple.
And so effective.
Great 👍😃
Glad it was useful! Rocking is awesome.
Thanks Tim
Nice. Thanks.

That is a great warmup!
Thanks.
Let’s rock!
My baby does it every day! 😆
You got a good teacher!
Thank you.
Can you do it everyday?
Absolutely!
Is this a routine I could daily?
It is! It’s perfect for that
Hello Tim . Question what parts of the body does this build strength?
It’s going to sound like hooey, but all of the body. This builds reflexive strength and allows your body to more freely express and release the strength you have.
❤
Es mi rutina diaria de calentamiento
Cool
I cannot hold my head up like this for 10 minutes, strains my neck. Why can you not look down for a while?
You can, but pick your head back up when you are able to.

You are awesome! Thank you.
Can you rock everyday
Absolutely
So Tim is not content with original strength being a great channel , he wants another one all for himself ! Outrageous behavior
Yeah, I really don’t know what I was thinking when i started this one…!
