In this video, Tim demonstrates how to take a big movement and break it down into smaller parts. This particular movement and its parts is great for mobilizing the feet, ankles, and hips. You'll like this.

Tim these drills are phenomenal. Dan John has mentioned you multiple times. Not sure what took me so long to watch one of your videos but this stuff feels wonderful. 45 years old and new look on warmups and stretching.

Thank you Tim. I cannot do any of this, maybe not for a long while yet, but I love that you showed how to break it down. I've had to modify most of the exercises I've tried, to account for injuries and mobility restrictions. But I still feel it's beneficial. So I hope to try this, a little piece at a time, when I feel ready.

You’re doing it right! As long as you move where you can and you allow yourself grace to not have to move perfectly, you will discover that you can move in many wonderful ways one day soon.

Just wanted to say how much I enjoy the morning drill Mmm Kay. Good functional fun - and the rolling element has helped to reduce my vertigo!

20 seconds of movement I can't do followed by eight minutes of work-arounds I can do. Moral of the story is on the wall in the background: "Do what you can."
