I do like my Pace 500.2 However I had an issue with a part that was back ordered It took nearly 3 months to get my bike repaired and returned. As excited as I was to get this bike, I'm also a bit disappointed. I was just outside this two year warranty when I had my troubles. My dealer and Adventon representatives I spoke did little to help compensate the long delay, until I pressed the situation. A new buyer may want to know that the battery will become less effective after a couple of years. .... Great bike to start with, but I'm finding that issues are possible as time and miles go by.

Nice bike, bought mine in November. Got mine up to 31 mph with barely any effort. Love all the features. Keep mine in trail mode , pas 5, plenty of power without going to full beast mode. I would highly recommend this bike

Great video! I actually just bought two of these. One did show up with a derailleur that was destroyed in shipping. The company sent out a replacement within a week. Pain in the ass to replace, but up and running now. I put 10 miles on mine the other day. Great ride. The tire tubes are pretty weak if you get a puncture. I added a sealant to mine and its way better.

I’m glad I got the ACE01 model. It has a torque sensor and hydraulic brakes. That’s worth the upgrade.

Do you know how to engage the Cruise Control function? I tried to throttle all the way up on various PAS stages but no way in getting a steady speed at 5 seconds. If I'm doing something wrong please let me know.

13:40 28mph is 41 feet per second. 28*5280/3600. You said the parking spots were 9ft wide, so that's a breaking distance of almost 54 feet. This was under ideal conditions. It's dry you had a lot of upfront knowledge this braking event was going to happen. You consciously knew to put your weight back, which often does not happen in a panic break. I would increase the stopping distance to at least 7 of those spots, making it 63 feet.

Thanks for the video. What holds the bearing 'in' on the left side of the left sprocket. Something is missing on mine as the left bearing has come out.

Hey Mike - really helpful video, definitely needed it. When I put the front tire on and tighten it, I do get some scraping from the pads on the rotor. Any suggestions? It did come without the plastic spacer, wondering if that impacted it in shipping?
