      Thanks, Timothy. I appreciate your support and kind words, always 🤗 No, WW doesn't allow a cheat day but you can accumulate your points. So let's say you don't use your total for the day, according to WW you can go over your total one day and utilize what you've accumulated. So it's kind of like a cheat day, as long as you don't use all your points every day. I'm sure I could have a cheat day because I never reach my total. I'm mostly eating all the Zero point foods. It's really working for me and I'm feeling so good that it makes me not even want a cheat day. I hope all is well in your world and that you have a wonderful holiday ☘🎆🥳

    The horrors of Gaza are part of the stress that made me physically ill for months this winter. I used your meditation this morning to work on my struggles with not doing more. Criticism is extremely deeply embedded in my psyche. So I’m very grateful to people such as yourself who teach skills to dismantle such violent weapons.

    Lovely music. Beautiful voice. But I found the 'recording' sound with every passage of section of speech distracting☹

      Thank you! It's called Breath Eyes Memory Mediation and I found it on Storyblocks, which is what I use for all my music.

      OMGosh!! Thank you SO MUCH for letting me know. There are not supposed to be ads in the middle of any of the meditations. This one must've slipped through the cracks. I just fixed it!!
