I had an A2 one for 8 years. It was a brilliant bike. I road it from Ireland to Scotland with my wife before we were married. Never missed a beat. Most reliable bike I ever had. I left it lying up in a shed for a year and a half and it started right up. No other bike I’ve had before or since could do that.
I have a 2009 FAZER FZ6 semi faired with ABS and for me it's the perfect bike, the small fairing helps a bit on the wind pressure on the hands and chest, and the ABS it's an extra help. I agree 100% with all your comments. Spot on!
I have the fz6 fazer with the windshield. I rode it to Italy and back over the mountain passes. Only complaint is the gearbox it fiels like a tractor at times. Comfort is fine for a tall person.
I have a 2006 fz6n, realy nise bike to ride, got the power for cruising, realy enjoy her. Mine was 2500 eu in 2023😊 she has 58000 kms so the previous owner, dint drive much, 18 years old bike 😊 ..
I just watched you last four videos in a row, before I didn’t managed. So from entering Kosovo until this review thumbs up, I had a very nice evening 👍 really entertaining and it’s super that you take us on your journey. Keep riding.
I have one. FZ6 S2 (ABS) 2008. Bought it a couple months ago. The best decision I ever made. Despite I am interested in Yamaha Tracer 9, I think the Fazer stays at home as well...
Love my Fz6. Upgraded HEL brake lines, RaceTech Fork Springs, heavier fork oil, and power commander have made it almost perfect. Kind of a problem because it is making it hard to convince my self to sell it just to experience other bikes.
I really enjoy your vids, especially these test rides of individual bikes. It’s super interesting to see bikes that are ridden and have the owner’s personality in them. Great work!
@@FreeMilesMC I 100% agree. I bought a Royal Enfield INT650 a few years ago from recommendations. I outgrew it and just bought a 2023 Triumph t120, but the Interceptor was a great motorcycle and I had a lot of fun on it. Thanks again for the videos, keep up the good work!
I've loved mine. Bought it new in 2007 as my first-ish bike and used it as my main bike until around 2020. Put 55k miles on it and have never had any issues with it. I still have it because it's hard to let it go even though I've got newer bikes, including an Intercepter 650.
Thanks for review. I have same one, but with stock fairing. I've put side+top luggage on and it's now my (sport)-touring machine. Yes it's true that for max acceleration you don't have to go beyond 2-3 gear on such roads. But it's also great for relaxed rides, switch to 4-5 gear and cruise on those roads. That's what I meant in the comment in previous video (:
I like this owners tastes. He spent sometime getting the bike back right and I see what he did with it. I'd love to show him mine for comparison. The proper under carriage and a few other details would finish that machine off nicely. Great bikes.....not for beginners.
I never rode this bike, but would love to try one. :) I have the CBR and the Hornet that are 600 cc on my channel. I enjoyed the review. Take care. Cheers.
I bought a 2006 fz6 as my first street moto and it's been a wonderful bike, that has provided many miles of fun, and comfortable for long rides. Was cheap compared to everything else in the 600cc range (besides an sv650, but that's boring), sharing engine components with the r6, parts availability is good. Has a bit of a cult following online, so there are tons of people to get answers and advice from. I do not feel anywhere close to outgrowing this bike, and honestly I might keep it forever. I don't feel any need to upgrade or change to a different bike.
I have a Yamaha Xj6 (78 hp) and I love it. It's so much fun to ride, It's easy to service and cheap. For me, it's the better FZ6, the engine is a bit slower in v-max, but in the mid-rpm's it's more powerful, and it got ABS (in the rain very nice, and in the dry nearly never used)
I used to have a 2005 fz1, I currently have a 2004 YZF600R and have been looking at upgrading to one of these instead of another fz1 but the market on used bikes is really high right now
Guess what bike I've had for the last 8 years now... xD Actually an FZ6 Fazer (the one with the partial fairing). Unfo she doesn't see a lot of action anymore, because I have 2 other bikes that have basically replaced her... but still I like the Fazer a lot. I'd be willing to part with it but so far no serious inquiries. :/
Great review- many good points! I know the engine in another tune on the xj6. Where I really enjoy it power and behavior. With the bikini fairing I would like to have it - though it looks tall for me 178 cm

Nice bike but it's too recent well outside my budget, I got a 2007 650 Bandit S for less than 1000 euros with almost 50 thousand km. 😅
I actually would love to Review somthing Like That too. Because i want to Show bikes people can actually buy aswell ☺️
Wauw nise price😊

Very nice review!❤ I will say nothing will safe you on more equipped Bike with Features and mods, If you do a big mistake.
Thank you ☺️
I think some of the later (German!) FZ 6‘s had abs…
Nice review. But the bike is small or you are big...or maybe both 😁
I am really tall the bike is normal sized ☺️
Bro where is the wooden spoon
It will soon make a Return don’t worry ☺️
@5:15 that's a crosswalk! Don't you guys have to stop over there?
It's ugly
The half fairing version with a lower cowl looks a lot better imo, not a huge fan of this style headlight vs the other style similar to fz1
