  • Yes I’ve suffered with Anorexia off and on throughout my life but at the moment of recording this, 3rd August 2021, my eating disorder is not active. This is all ANXIETY.
I never realised it could have this affect on someone. Since I was 17yrs old I’ve suffered Depression, CPTSD and Anorexia. It hasn’t been til now, 45yrs old, that Anxiety has shown me possibly what HELL could be like. It’s not the mental side of it, it’s the physical symptoms I can’t cope with. From the moment I wake up I have that deep dread in the stomach feeling which obviously makes me feel nauseated. I can’t eat like I should. It’s probably the most debilitating thing I’ve ever suffered with. I do not know how long I will have these symptoms or even have Anxiety. This is not caused by fear of Covid. I had it prior, it’s just gotten really bad.
If you are struggling at the moment and don’t know what to do get in contact with your GP, Lifeline, Headspace, your Emergency Room or Beyond Blue.
