Very important distinction at 5:00 where he mentions the distinction between 3rd party software and actual Tesla software vulnerabilities.
i.e. If you use a 3rd party app to access your banking info (i.e. mint website/app), it's not your bank's fault you chose to gave away your login credentials to a 3rd party app.

"Third party software" says it all. Obviously over the heads of the haters that commented. Another Bloomberg shot at no advertisement policy of Tesla. Tesla starts wasting millions on ads and all the FUD goes away.

I agree with you. For every measure there is a counter measure. For every counter measure, there is a counter-counter measure, etc.
I think cars were being taken over even before the first Tesla was made. Lots of third party software in vehicles now and likely millions of lines of unprotected code everywhere. Tesla seems to have the best chance to protect their vehicles because, I believe, they wrote all their own code even down to the firmware at the chip level. Yet that is still no guarantee.
How many bank, credit bureau, and infrastructure hacks have there been? Pretty sure we haven't seen the last of them.
@@walthooker1434 Yes, however, I remember the phone lines being cut in the wake of 9/11. I remember police road blocks halting all traffic. Now look the most recent hysteria. Imagine your vehicle being disabled until you submit to comply against your conscious. Imagine a form of segregation where you aren't allowed to drive into certain zip codes, etc. The convenience we're being sold is not in our favor, but to the advantage of tyrants!
Does third party software mean the customers have allow third party to modify the dozen cars?

Hey there, i have been following his journey for quite a while now and he´s been recently attending the world government summit and gave a speech there. He also got invited to a few other countrys to give speeches at really prestigious events. I do not think you have gotten this level of succes in your 15 years of being in the cyber security space so you should be careful about saying he can´t hack and is new to the internet.

Beginning June 2022, cars in the E.U. will have Intelligent Speed Assistance (ISA) that uses GPS data and sign recognition cameras to detect local limits. If you speed, the vehicle will report you to authorities. This is not a "conspiracy theory" for all the dopes who trust gov't blindly; they voted on it in 2018 and its taking effect later this year. Look it up yourself!
At this point, we should all take advantage of the dip. The fact is, NFTs & BTC is the future of crypto and the question most traders ask themselves is - if this is right time to invest? Thank you for your videos mate. TA is all well and good but I find it truly baffling that all major crypto youtubers just look at pure TA and completely ignore the bigger narrative of why BTC is dumping and why the future outlook might not be as rosy as it seems. It's kinda irresponsible to ignore the fact that each ETF launch so far has caused a major dump at the peaks of BTC. More emphasis should be put into day trading as it is less affected by the unpredictable nature of the market.
