    Knauf just won a judo gold medal at seniors! Congrats. I use your videos to sell our kids judo to "wrestling" parents. Awesome stuff... really making a legacy.

    Alex is a beast grappler with Judo and Wrestling; some Muay Thai, Boxing , and JiuJitsu and he could be a tough MMA Fighter

    I would have loved to see that State finals match, very honorable to see you cross-train in wrestling. At the highest level there is always going to be advantages being sports specific. Kinda wanted to watch as a case-study. I want my son to do both judo/wrestling and BJJ.

    Has he tried Jiu Jitsu? I would recommend the Camarillo brothers. Dan and Dave. Amazing stuff. Keep it coming. Have fun and be safe!

    Hello Alex Knauf new sub, gotta question for ya. Do you think practicing with your Judo Gi helps with your throws when not in a Gi? You and your opponent I mean

    • @knaufjudo8597
      @knaufjudo8597  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Thanks for reaching out… Learn to throw in the gi to learn the correct technique then apply the throws while in nogi. Using the whizzer and underhook are the best ties to throw with while not wearing a gi.
