Omg that looks so good! I like to add all the herbs, bean sprouts, squeeze lemon and the sauce always on the side - i think it keeps the integrity of the broth flavours well intact!

Just came back from this place, thank you for this recommendation it is the best pho I have eaten the broth was delicious and the roast pork roll was incredible owner was so humble, I would encourage everyone to try it and will be going back 100% with the family

I took my family here the other week. This Pho is magical. The owner is such a nice guy and welcoming.
I went last week and the Pho was amazing !!! The ice coffee is nek level too ....And the owner Pete was so friendly ...I am dreaming about going back again

Woke up this morn, discovered your channel, immediately opened this one up (I lived in Saigon for a handful of years), drove out west and am now typing this over our steaming bowls of pho. Told the owner we came due to this video and he seemed so grateful. Great stuff!

@@SydneyFoodBoy Yeah man, Saigon was great, what can I say. Obviously a hectic place for any casual visitor, but once you're in it and get a good feel for the place it's just awesome. And the food options.. good lord! Outside of the obvious local delights, the city attracts some talented chefs and bar owners from all over, so you can get some top notch Italian, Thai, Japanese, and Indian. But discovering dishes like chao long and banh cuon will always be a culinary highlight for me while there.
YES! I love the and passion that gets put into each bowl. My husband and I have tried everything there! 🤩

Went today. Planning on going before they close tonight. I have to say I’ve had a lot of pho & this one is the BEST one so far also had their cracking pork roll it was amazing. Thanks for the recommendation 🥴🙌🏾🙏🏽

Hey Food Boy - My Wife, son and I went there yesterday on your recommendation and absolutely loved it.!! Had a good chat to the owner telling him how we watched your youtube video on this and decide to come and try and weren't disappointed he was such a nice guy! Oh and that that chilli hoison dipping sauce is the shit!!!!!
Keep up the recommendations and our next trip will be to Top Ryde Bakery to try their Bahn Mi's once this lockdown is over!

I'm a dedicated and loyal fan of Bankstown's Pho An, but this place seems like it's definitely right up my alley. The quality of that pho looks phenomenal.

I have my pho with a spoon of chilli sauce, bean sprouts, basil, mint, heaps of lemon like half of a lemon, dip my meat in hoy sin and chilli. Hey Kev, after watching your video, we went here for lunch today. I felt so hyped up for a good hearty pho on this horrible rainy Sydney day. Upon walking in, the lady who served us, was talking to me with her back to me. I found this odd behaviour. When we went to sit down, there were quite a few empty bowls left on a empty tables. Tables were dirty and there were a few flies buzzing around. I didn't want to judge the restaurant and their food based on this, so I waited for our pho to come out. For $18 per bowl of pho dac biet, we got a few pieces of meat in each and an pretty ordinary serving size of noodles and soup. I'm not sure what happened today, I was expecting extremely strong, fragrant broth full of star anise and cinnamon flavours. What I tasted today, lacked love and effort. It seemed as though there were a lack of Spices. They tried to make up for the lack of flavouring with extra salt or fish sauce. Reminded me of Pho Viet in Cabramatta. I actually found 2Foodies quite overpriced for what I got. I've been to plenty of pho restaurants in Sydney and I am an Aussie born guy of Viet heritage. 2Foodies on this day, was a disappointment. My favourtie pho place in Sydney that I keep going back to is Pho Tau Bay in Cabramatta. I know you're not too far from there. They had received awards for best pho in Sydney. I highly, HIGHLY recommend you go there, try their pho and film a video. Kevin, you WILL LOVE IT!

2foodies use to be my spot when it first opened but now they are so tight on ingredients and there price is 25 bucks for a bowl wtf lol also you can't say anything to the owner without him having a go at you.

Mate thanks for a great vid I just subbed to your channel. I had to laugh as I only live about 10 minutes away from there and for my job I actually did some work at that exact Speedway site before it opened and the 1 across the road about 4 years ago. Never knew such a tasty looking place to eat had opened there. I will have to take my good mate there who considers himself a bit of a Pho expert and surprise him.

Ahh haven’t been here for a while! Used to stop by after the dentist at Bonnyrigg. Found out they put the xate behind the counter and not in front anymore, (just watched ‘I love chilli’ video and he said people don’t know how hot it is and the first time I ate here I made mine so spicy lol, I couldn’t even taste the food anymore😂
Tried it 4 months ago, very nice. Drive all the way from Kogarah and worth it.

First i take a sip of soup, then eat a piece of beef. Then aqueeze the lemon juice in, add 3-4 pieces of fresh chilli, a handful of bean sprouts and 3-4 bits of basil leaves. Then enjoy. For dipping sauce, i use hoisin sauce and chill sauce mix. I never put any sauce into the broth tho.

If you want a hidden Pho in the City then go to MountBatton Hotel near China Town. Best Pho in Sydney IMHO. I'll try this place though.
