I have over 55 years of motorcycling behind me. As far as Italian bikes, I have owned a ducati 860, moto morini 500 camel, laverda 3cl 1000, cagiva 650, and currently have a 1989 Moto Guzzi Mille GT 1000 and a 2013 Moto Guzzi Stone 750. Have owned several German bikes to include BMW and Zundaps. Grew up with British bikes-meaning Triumph and BSA. Have never been interested in Harley. Owned several Suzuki's to include 2-stroke models and the Wankel rotary 500. The Moto Guzzis have been my favorite above all the rest. Quirky, reliable, tractor-like in that the Japanese "refinement" is not there. But if you love just being connected to machinery and sound, then Moto Guzzi!- By the way, because it is shaft driven and a new bike it takes some miles to break in the transmission as well as for the brakes to seat well--be patient--mike

That's a great looking bike. Love the tank and side covers. The rocker covers are very well done, like aftermarket. Not a fan of all black bikes but this one looks great, really like it. Heard one running in another video. Sounds genuine! Even the engine noise is how they used to sound too. Nice exhaust note with the arrows as well. Well done Moto Guzzi 👍looks fantastic!

Got mine delivered about a fortnight ago (UK), it’s lovely. Cast wheels (tubeless), nice gloss metallic paint, red accents, sweet exhausts. I am clearly biased though! Looking forward to your ride out 👍

Looks like my (EU spec) Stone finish other than the gloss tank / mudguard (fender) / side panel paint, the gas filler cap, the red shock springs and the tasty arrow exhausts. Very nice looking bike.

What a beauty. Im sure this model will be sold a lot this year. I had my eye on a Bonneville T120 for a while, but the pricing is a bit tough on that one.
I test drove a v7 III stone yesterday and i was very surprised. Coming from a Japanese racer since my early 20's, now when i am almost hitting 40 im looking for a comfort retro/classic looking bike. On my test drive i instantly fell in love with how alive this motor feels, the engine is a perfect match for me. Plenty of power for me. After this i test drove a interceptor 650, im sorry to say, but that was so boring after the v7, too smooth and no life in it. Im sure the Bonneville T120 is a higher quality machine with more power, but i dont need to test drive that anymore. Because i ordered the v7 special edition :) The glossy black finish with arrow exhausts looks amazing. Probably sounds different as well. Cant wait to drive it.

I've a V7 stone Centenario , but this version has some different touch which is the turning signal european version , and i really like it and the arrow exhaust, by the way is that exhaust avaliable for DB killer off or removal?
Briefly it's a lovely machine, and i love the MOTO GUZZI gives me always calm and enjoy to ride..

Guzzi has always loved US. Think about their cruisers named California, plus they sold bikes to LAPD in the '70s.

The Mandello Eagle is a tribute to one of the original founders of the company who didn’t get to live long enough to see the company come fully to life. It’s a reference to insignia of the Italian Air Force, which all 3 founders were a part of. That’s also why this engine is the way it is on these bikes, it’s based off of the design that these guys were familiar with on the airplanes of world war 1. While Japanese bikes and others rely on slick advertising to sell their bikes, Moto Guzzi relies on letting the riding experience speak for itself. Get someone on a Moto Guzzi and no words need to be involved, they’ll fully understand the beauty of the Moto Guzzi. A fun fact about Moto Guzzi is they were the first motorcycle company in the world to build and use a wind tunnel to design their bikes.

how is that rear clear brake light the "smaller" one? it looks like the revised larger brake light. The previous brake light was smaller in diameter and more cylindrical in shape like a cone. The new one on the 2023 V7 SE is larger and more circular.

Hard to imagine someone not liking these bikes. Do you know if they shed any weight with the new exhaust? I read they gained a smidgen of power.

I would like to think the V7 engines will remain air cooled until the next EURO regulation is enforced.
