    I'm back after almost 3 weeks of doing this 5 times a week. I haven't weighed or measured myself but my legs definitely look a lot more sculpted and slender! Did a bit of cardio too (not a lot) and didn't eat the healthiest sometimes (Easter!), doing butt exercises too, but imagine, I still saw results! Even in first week I started to see the bit above my knees slimmer and now its creeping up the legs. Do this, it works!

    This workout shattered the idea in my head that there was no effective way to exercise your inner thighs without machines! I can’t have imagined that in just 8 minutes my thighs would be so tired I’d be shaking xD 23 lbs down, inches off: hips - 2; natural waist - 2; arms - 1. Thank you Lucy for your amazing workouts! I’m so much stronger than I was in just 1 month!!

    Hi Lucy,
    Lately I’ve been trying to keep nice and fit in quarantine with the following exercises:
    7 Minute 7 Days Leg Workout
    7 Minute 7 Days Stomach Workout
    4 Minute Slim Arm Workout
    Ballerina Inspired Workout
    3 Minute Abs Workout
    Please note before this I’ve been doing a 1 minute warm-up by you. I do all these once a day, all in one go.
    My problem is that when I am doing parts including my legs and arms, sometimes they make a ‘crack’ sound as I’m moving them. I’m not sure if there’s something wrong or I’m doing wrong and if I need to change what I’m doing. By the way, I usually skip these.
    I would appreciate a reply on what I can do. Thanks so much Lucy‼️ 🏋️‍♀️💖

    My legs are absolutely killing me this is my second day and it’s hard to get on the toilet lol thank you so much I can tell I will feel so much more confident with my thighs in Summer :) 💗

    I love this workout Lucy. I was born with an inward twist in my hips that affects my posture and left me feeling self conscious about my inner thighs and the backs of my thighs. Doing this exercise daily has really changed the shape and tone of my thighs and I feel far more confident. I really appreciate these free and bite-sized sessions as they are easy to motivate myself to do.

    I just tried this new workout, after following your different exercises for few weeks, I am back to my XS dress size (UK6). But I still want to lose my inner thigh, lower ab, and so happy this video is just what I want.     I’ve always had big thighs due to always being over weight :( and I’ve tried Chloe tings thigh work outs but they won’t work so I hope this work out can give me the legs and thighs I dream of

    I've been doing this every day for a week and I love/hate it! lol. It is a killer, so it must be working. But is there any way to get rid of the ad in the middle of the video? I have to scramble for my glasses and reach over and hit the skip button so that I don't lose my count and momentum. It's such a joy crusher that I know it must raise my blood pressure. I'll gladly watch the ads in the beginning or end. Please Please Please?

      You can observe difference in a week or so. It depends on your diet and body type.

    This was a lot tougher than it looked. Just did it for the first time and my legs are trembling. Nice workout! I'm going to add it to my go to workouts.

    Lordy that was tough especially after doing a 20 min indoor outdoor walk 🔥🔥🔥👍🥵 can you do one for tight hip flexes xxx
