    Dr Mishra, I'm glad I didn't follow my physician's suggestion that I should eat only the white portion of the egg as the yolk would increase my bad cholesterol. I never liked the idea as the yolk was my favourite part of the egg since childhood. After listening to you, I feel glad I followed my instincts and not the doctor's advice!

    It's clear message for eggs eaters that the whole eggs are more nutritious than eating only while portions of it. Eggs are really super food and those who likes it can eat regularly for fitness of their body. Thanks doctor.

      Agar aap sach me apna diabetes control karna chahte ho to ye kaam karo
      1.. do hafto ke liye ek shakahari janwar ki tarah kachha shakahar lo.matlab ki kachha sabji salad vagairah.
      2... Agar meetha khane ka man ho to meethe phal ya phalo ke juice lo
      3... Atleast 2 hafto tak kuch bho pakaya hua ya tadka lgaya hua ya upar se shakkar milaya hua item mat lo.
      Uske baad aap khud apni sugar check karwa ke dekh lo ki fayda hua ki nahi

      There are many vegetarian multi vitamin tablets made from plant extracts , go for it ,have 1 tablet every day with lunch or dinner

    I always throw the yellow part and consume the white part only bcz I have been allergic to eggs as I started consuming eggs in a very later part of my life instead starting from childhood days . The day I consume yellow part of eggs , I generally get lot of pimples and boils on my skin along with rashes .
