Doctor please give right information… if one have commercial hormonal eggs often then sure their cholesterol level will increase… need to consume organic hen eggs for safe side as it has lots of benefits
Pehla baat hai dil khush ho gaya , itna achcha lag raha hai ke kya kahe .. bina tension eggs khaa payenge , kripaya Fish oil ke baare me details dijiye , koun sa khana chahiye , kitna khana chahiye etc etc. Thanks in advance

Sir you study is appreciable but still confusion exit about eating eggs. I do big bricks walk daily but fear eating eggs. Despite my continue hard work out in walk my recent ldl was 122, HDL 44 and Triglycerides 115. Now avoiding these types of foods for 3 month unless come to ideal cholesterol levels.

अंडे खाणे है तो पुरा खाणे मे ही मजा है अगर अंदर का पिला खाना मना है तो मजा ही आयेगा इस लिये आपने अच्छी बात बतायी है हमे तो कोलेस्ट्राल है . हम भी अंडे खा सकते है लेकीन अब 7 दीन मे 7 अंडे खायेंगे 1 साल हो गये हमने अंडे खाणे बन्द किये थे .

Thank you Dr. May Allah bless you for ur valuable advise. I was having high level cholesterol levels past 4 years. I was determined to cut this down to normal range and failed twice before. In Aug22 I got my lipid test done and Cholesterol levels were 252 Total cholesterol, HDL 33, LDL 228, Triglycerides 230. Last 2 months I followed ur advise aling with Diet control, cutting down on high carbs, sugar, fat etc.. exercise 6 days a week. After 2 months my levels dropped to Total Cholesterol 228, HDL 45.6, LDL 148, Triglycerides 172. Levels dropped from very high range to Moderate risk range. I am so relieved.. will continue doing same for 1,2 more months to get all the levels under required normal range. Thanks much once again❤

I have been consuming 2-3 egg daily since 2.5 years...with daily 20-25 exercise....not found and problem in my body....rather i gained 10 kg weight muscle... From 55-65 kg...i have transformed my body much...

Very good information about eggs and cholesterol. I had always been doubtful that eating whole eggs may increase my LDL. But your video has encouraged me to consume eggs at least 2 or 3 a day.
Yes it does increase LDL that too by a lot that hdl cannot offset m that's the real unbaised study.
1 egg yolk is more than enough if taking regularly.....be careful

बहुत समय से रोज़ तीन अंडे खा रहा हूँ और कोई कोलेस्ट्रॉल में फ़रक नहीं पड़ा । सप्ताह में दो बार चिकन भी खाता हूँ । प्लांट बेस्ड प्रोटीन सप्लमेंट भी लेता हूँ परंतु यह भी है कि मैं सप्ताह में पाँच या छह बार आठ आठ किलोमीटर दौड़ता हूँ ।यानि ४० से ४८ किमी हर सप्ताह दौड़ना और कठोर व्यायाम कर रहे हों तो रत्ती भर भी चिंता करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है ।
