Who do I work with: I train soccer/footballers from all across the globe. I work with athletes who want to take their game to the next level and improve their conditioning, strength, speed, explosiveness, agility, and more.
The John Terry Workout Program is incredibly popular, especially across social media. Which really never made much sense to me. It isn't specific to what we see on the pitch, and I think that, like a lot of things on social media, it tricks people into being effective because it is difficult.

Can you train multidirectional work by doing dribbling sessions?
Or does it need a separate session?
Also, my version of John Terry is doing 60 to 80 m sprints in like 12 sec with 30-35 sec rest till now I am able to hit my PR with 18 reps.
    Is it good?
    I also do a 1km(under 4:30 per km pace) x 3-4 with a 3 -4 min rest Once a week

You’ve missed the point, the John terry work out is great to help your recovery fitness levels, how quick you can recover from a sprint, which is very football oriented, it should not be solely relied on of course, it can also be progressed in many different ways, either less rest period, or increase running time, or increase running speed. Even if you was to do JUST the John terry workout, you’ll be able to get pretty close to match fit, of course it doesn’t replicate 100% you playing a football match, so you would need to also play matches to get you up to par

What conditioning drills would you recommend doing?

I like the 10x10 sprinting method for linear work, as well as repeat change of direction work (with and without a ball), as well as mirror drills and agility drills

@@vlz9642 10 reps of 10 yard/meter sprints actually. And, you will start with 2 and work your way up slowly to 6
