    I have done all the things you've suggested for years and haven't lost a pound. I only eat twice a day and never snack in between. I get full fast so can only eat a handful of food at each meal. If I eat any less I'm afraid of not taking in enough vitamins and minerals for my body . I have experimented to the point where I have exhausted all methods of advice! I have never been overweight until I reached 60. Then my belly went from flat to looking like I swallowed a watermelon.😩

      You might want to do some research on menopause belly, because that is what it sounds like you have. Also, it sounds like you might not be getting enough calories. That can totally stall your weight loss.

      Gentle bodyweight exercise is ideal - using full body moments. You can even use a chair to help you balance and support you - for example while doing lunges and half squats. Step by step, something is better than nothing. ❤️

      I used to eat only two meals a day but have recently swapped to eating 3 small meals a day. I can already feel it making a difference. I cut down on starchy carbs but have not eliminated them completely. I'm amazed at how full and satiated I feel, even though I'm eating less. I think the secret is regularity.....no extremes.....keep everything regular and as balanced as possible x

    Sadly, I do all of these things and yet I've gained 20 lb since menopause.
    And I've been a plant-based vegan for over 20 years and I eat clean and exercise well.
    I'm at a loss.

    Take the focus off the food. That works when you’re younger. Eat veggies and protein. The answer must lie in weight training to build muscle and increase metabolism. The muscle loss in old age is the main culprit. I don’t eat badly or a lot and I’ve never been heavier. It’s because I have not fought muscle loss and it has killed my metabolism. I can’t have HRT because of breast cancer, but that help some women.

    Your skin is insanely beautiful! I am going to do my best to follow what you shared… Eat more greens. Short focused exercises. Sleeping at the same time in the evenings is pretty easy. I don’t drink coffee nor drink a lot of caffeine beverages at all. But I will work harder to cut back on eating too much of the foods that I do like 😂

    I was diagnosed with MS a week before having two ovarian torsions (required emergency removal) and a year before a total hysterectomy. It’s been a year since my diagnosis and ovarian surgery. I have been through the wringer. 😢I’m gaining weight around my stomach of course now more so than before. I’m on an estrogen patch but nothing else. I can’t afford bio identical HRT. I walk for exercise but not very much. It’s hard to be mobile.

    Hello Benlinda, I got a question, my doctor told me to take women phase II from vitanica and I did for 3 months like she said, I feel much better, of course she also said to eat Mediterranean food.
    I finished the 3 months of those pills and the estro DIM to lower my estrogen, so she said to keep taking women phase two for premenopuse and estro dim as well.
    THey are herbs. I feel great now.
    But I don't think we should be taking herbs for long time either right?
    She said she will check my blood in one year..
    I got the feeling I shouldn't taking them for a while. I wonder if you know herbs for pre-menopuse. What do you think?
    I really like the idea eating healthy to keep hormones balance.

      Check back with your doctor about your concerns. Don't stress too much or overthink things - especially as you're feeling better which is amazing.       Hi my lovely, I have a program that covers the right nutrition, exercise and lifestyle changes for menopause. It does vary according to your symptoms. Big picture, moderate sugar, alcohol and caffeine, try to eat moderate portions sizes and do some gentle exercise three times a week :)

    Belinda, I just thought I have your 30 min cellulite workout from long time ago..I did not workout much, was not commited to it..can I see results with 3
    times a week? I am very skinny, lost some muscles (mushy) I am on plant based diet, but I still have cellulite…

      Hello my lovely! Yes 3 times a week for that workout is good. After 40, and especially as we enter perimenopause - our protein needs increase. So if you're skinny and have some muscle atrophy then it's important to increase your high-protein plant based foods - especially if aiming to build some lean muscle mass and get rid of cellulite.       Yes it will my lovely. However, you need to be extra mindful of your protein and calcium intake. You may find a whey protein isolate powder good to add into your breakfast/milk/smoothie helpful as a booster. It will help reduce cravings, preserve your muscle mass and help strengthen your bones.       Interesting. I started my period when I was 10 and probably ended my period in my early forties and have had belly fat ever since. I’m almost 60 now. Thanks for the insight.

    Sounds helpful but somewhat unattainable for most women we have to move to Greece and live in the countryside and have no Bills then and only then will we loose Belly fat! 😂

    Reduce cortisol....
