I tried intermittent fasting already. I went for three months and not one change occurred. I was also always watching the clock and getting distracted during work hours as to when I was going to be able to eat. The only one I could probably handle it a 12/12. With IF...you CANNOT have anything with calories.
It sounds like it would be helpful for you to focus on what you are eating and control your blood sugar. Based on my research, you can benefit from fasting if you don't eat something that raises blood sugar. A small amount of a straight, healthy fat source will not spike blood sugar levels for the majority of people. It also helps you get through longer fasting windows. I have done it like this for years and have had great benefits.
I had try everything I even fast 24 hours I intermittently fast to, walk 30-45 min and eat healthy my job keeps me very active and my belly fat doesn’t go away. I do not know what else to do this is so frustrating.
I am 74 years old and very frustrated losing that apron belly fat. I try eating the way you say but i fall off and keep gaining. It is so hard cause i had a good figure before menpause. I feel very discouraged.😢
Is it possible to loose the weight while taking hormone blockers?. I just went through breast cancer treatment and even eating a clean keto diet during treatment I gained almost 50 pounds 😢.
Congrats on beating breast cancer! Are you perimenopausal or post-menopause? When you say "clean keto" were you following traditional keto macronutrients?
Thank you so much . Please do a video on sleep. I have a friend who works as a caregiver and she works 4 eight hour shifts and doesn’t sleep much . My problem is snacking . I snack at night with my hibiscus tea or soursop tea . I would love to learn how to build my meal . Thank you so much . I need my blood sugar to be under 115 or less fasting . My problem is after today i will no longer snack at night , if i have to i will have something healthy . Also please let me know what electrolytes you use for hydration .

Great question! IMO I don’t believe that adding that much combined fat and calories can keep you in a fasted state. You’d have to test your blood sugar though after doing so to really know for your body. I love grass-fed butter, but save it for meals. MCT Oil (from Medium-Chain Triglycerides) is easily absorbed and transported throughout the body. It can be used as an instant source of energy or can be converted into ketones. Butter, on the other hand is mainly LCT (Long-Chain Triglycerides). LCTs are metabolized more slowly. If you do try MCT Oil, make sure its high quality and C8. The one I use is linked in the description. You also want to make sure you start with 1/2 TBS before moving into adding a full TBS to allow time for your body to adjust to it. Hope that helps!
I have a child with a disability. And I have an anxiety disorder. I have been on a low calorie diet for almost two years and vegan for several more with zero results.
@@morgenmorgen4625 That is a lot to tackle. I highly recommend the Unwind app for short deep breathing sessions daily (they have ones even down to 1 minute). I also use the "I am" app for affirmation practice. You can set it for specific topics (including anxiety). It will push reminders for you to practice them for one minute. These sound like not a lot, but taking just one minute for both of these each day, could be a small step toward something great for you. For nutrition, don't count calories and instead follow the 30-20-10 formula I talk about in the video to build meals. Are you practicing a vegan lifestyle for specific reasons?

Reducing stress and getting more sleep isn't possible for everyone (like me) so are we just to resign ourselves to never losing weight?
Tell me more about the barriers to stress management and good sleep for you.
