    When I started fitness blender, about 8 months ago, I started doing this one. And when I was at 10 minutes I was dying, now, I can do this exercise clearly and not tired at all. I think my body is better now. I am not a fit person, but exercising makes me much happier because I feel strong and powerful. I recommend this channel to everone I know. Thanks from Brazil.

      people at the gym didn't wake up one day with abs.They had to put a lot of effort to achieve that.Some of them were even chubby or really skinny and definetely out of shape at some point.I talked with a really good-looking guy at the gym about this when i was obese(now i'm overweight) .he saw I was being shy in a class (everyone there looked like a model) and he was like and i was like >

    • @katheriner10

      Ideally you should try and take breaks every other day to let your muscles recover (though this is pretty low impact so you should be fine). And mix up your workouts, don't keep doing the same one every day, you want to challenge your body in different ways.

    What I liked when I first read the title of this video is the NO JUMPING part....and the fact that it is for beginners. I gained a lot of weight with my kids and have since struggled to lose weight. Being Large chested, I absolutely HATE workouts that involve jumping jacks or whatever it may be because it actually hurts to do it because my boobs are going all over the place, even with 3 sports bras on. I love this workout, I'm on my 3rd day of doing this video and it definitely makes me sweat!

    I'm not a person that comments everything on TH-cam, but.. this workout is per-fect! I'm a 16yo girl and I never was very slim, or very fat, just something in the middle. But I didn't like my body. I was really ashamed to wear something that was tight, or some kind of a swimsuit. I was working out about two years ago, but I got sick, some kind of lung problems, and I couldn't do any excercises for about half a year. I started doing this workout a week ago, and also I've eliminated sugary things from my diet. I started drinking more water and green tea, and also I'm eating very clean now. And I see a difference. My thighs are slimmer. My arms are more toned and stronger. My stomach is also getting flatter and flatter. Thank you, and I'm sure that I will continue the journey with your workouts. Love ya and greetings from Poland! x And to all the comment-readers - don't lose your motivation and stay strong

From your favorite artist (makes it even more fun) they're fun and you keep wanting to learn more so you don't stop, then if you feel you're ready beginner work outs like this are so much easier. good luck and I hope you meet your goal!

    tbh...i'm a 16 year old girl,
    in the past year, i did an insanity workout, and it was amazing, but then i was looking at myself and thinking, "maybe it isn't working" so i stopped, and also people knew i was doing the insanity, and i was afraid that people would judge me and say "it didn't work on you" OR "compared to other people, you don't look like them or strong,or skinny as them"
    Know Today, i tried to do it again, and then i paused it, tried to do it my own style, and i just went down bawling to myself, that i wasn't good as much as i used to be before....my mom wasn't home (she was dropping off my sister at a friends house) but when she did get home, i tried to stop crying and tried act normal, and hide the tears,(i'm the type of girl, who doesn't show no pain, and no tears) but when she came up to me, she saw my tears rolling down my face, and she asked me whats wrong,i said, "i can't do it like i used to" ( I think this was the worst moment of my life) and I just started bawling, and so after i cried on her shoulder, she said, "Its ok, you will get there, i want you to have fun with this, and make it easy and then level it up bit each week" and you know what she showed me???
    she went on TH-cam, and showed me your guys TH-cam videos...and she told me, when she was trying to work things out, and trying to workout again, she looked on TH-cam and well she found you guys,and she said it really, really helped her,and when i did it the first time today, it was easy,and nothing like the insanity..and To Be Honest, i was glad about that,
    My mom inspired me to go onto these workout videos you guys do...there really great, not hard, and i'm planning to do it at least 3 to 4 times a week (that's what my moms been doing)
    This really helped me today, i feel like excersing can be easy and fun for me again, i just need to believe and taking it day by day and my dream is to be like my mom, you guys have inspired me and my mom...THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH

    2nd attempt- made it to 15:52
    3rd attempt- made it to 20:30

    I have extremely severe asthma that has left me incapable of running, jogging, riding a bike, or walking up 3 flights of stairs without having a near fatal attack. I have had it since birth and none of the things people have told me to do "to build up endurance" have ever done anything but almost kill me or lower my immune system to the point of contracting bronchitis and being laid up for weeks. It has been extremely discouraging and forced me to abandon the sports I used to play and all other attempts to get healthy. But the low impact workouts of here are working. Jumping has always knocked the wind right out of me and i can't do continuous cardio for more than 2 minutes. The interval training has actually given me a chance to move without almost ending up in an ambulance and I am so grateful. In about 2 and a half weeks I have lost 5 lbs and an inch off my waist and hips. I feel stronger and more coordinated. Other workouts hurt my lungs so bad that the next day breathing would actually cause me rib pain. Not these. I cannot describe the impact these videos are having on my life and I know this is long winded but I was just about to give up hope. So thank you. In a world very obsessed with fitness I felt completely surrounded by things I could never do. I didn't even know where to start. Once this semester ends I am hoping to buy the low impact one month workout program to do over the summer. I just wanted to let you know that your thoughtfulness for people with limited mobility is forever appreciated.

    I've tried several workout videos on TH-cam and I keep coming back to this one because it's perfect for me. I used to run a lot but can't anymore because of a knee injury and I was in need of some kind of workout video to get and stay in shape. Fortunately I found the Fitness Blender videos here and they're awesome. I like how they have so many different kinds of workout videos like cardio, low impact, toning, calorie burning, etc. And for different levels from beginner to advanced.

      SilverQueen same position as you! I felt so disappointed in myself when I would give up half way through workouts but it was great to hear the 'workout is complete' at the end of this video, im planning on sticking with this for atleast a week or two before gradually moving up to tougher workouts which burn more calories. Im also trying to in cooperate their strength training workouts for toning. Good luck, you can do it! and you're not alone :)

    I always feel so discouraged because I'm so uncoordinated! When we do all those side steps and stuff I'm tripping all over myself trying to figure out how to do it like she does. Also I can't do a single push-up yet :( not even a half one

      im unbalanced by nature. i have severe scoliosis. i have had a spine surgery and it's kind of the whole reason i needed an exercise with no jumping. i spent a long time favoring a knee without realizing it and not only am i unbalanced but one of my knees hurts more than the other while i tried to do these workouts that require some balance and stability. i was pretty discouraged too. i couldn't do any of these in the same rhythm as her. i gave up a few times and didn't return to the video for a few days. but i kept coming back and yes, it took a month, but i can do all of these exercises pretty well now. no more falling. i think i was so out of shape and uncomfortable in my own body and muscle alignment that i couldn't support myself at all. but believe it or not if you stick to this, exercise these muscles, your back and your core will help you balance a LOT. the mistake was thinking it was all in my legs. you need to stick to it to see the results of overall improved control of your body.

    I have PCOS and when I hit puberty, my weight started to skyrocket. I've never been into working out or anything like that but at the same time, I don't stuff my face and sit around all day. Thanks to my condition, I'm obese at 19 and I've tried everything to lose it but nothing has worked. My doctors keep telling me I need to lose it but I just couldn't figure out how until now. For the past 6 days, I've been doing this workout everyday along with using an app to keep track of my calories. I lost 2 pounds already. Thank you so much FitnessBlender, this seems to be changing my life. ❤ ❤ ❤ Your workouts actually WORK. Nothing else I've tried does.

I have moved up from your guys' easier cardio videos to your HIIT workouts, and I love how much my body has changed. I have recently lost 37 pounds, and at 22, I've amazingly never felt better in my life! Keep up the awesome work guys, and Kelli, the shape you're in is inspirational! By the way, I would love if you guys would suggest what shorter workouts you have may pair well with others so I (we) can do maybe a couple in one day and get more of a variety.

    As a very out-of-shape man who hasn't had a good workout in over 5 months and lives in a poorly-insulated apartment building, this workout is a lovely way to start reawakening alot of those muscles that haven't seen activity in a while. Thanks so very much!
    I should admit that since the instructor here is a young lady, I thought this would be a dainty, feminine exercise. After my first session, my opinion quickly changed.

    Some of these moves actually take practice for some of us so don't give up, if you stick with it you'll start to notice that you can do just a little bit more than the time before. If there's some that you really can't do then just step through those and join in on the ones that you can and before you know it you'll be doing it all. Exercise helps lift depression, don't give up.

    I'm a naturally thin person and am really good at core and other strength exercises. I decided that I needed to step it up and add in cardio even though it's something I hate with a passion. Being that I'm not in "cardio shape" this workout was challenging for me. I know this is an old video, but I appreciate there being beginner workouts. Everything else I've searched for has been HIIT and that is NOT beginner friendly. Gonna keep doing these beginner videos until they're no longer challenging and hope one day I can move up to HIIT routines!

    I go to the gym but I’m obese (like 15 kilos above the norm for my height) and workouts aren’t easy for me, so I’m proud I managed to finish this one! It’s fun and makes you sweat, thank you for it, will definitely tune in again!

    I cycle quite a bit and I walk miles and miles. Just completed my first session of this and quickly realised that I'm completely inflexible! Hopefully as I undertake more sessions that would improve. I think I'm made of plasterboard.

    I’ve been watching your videos since January first. My New Years resolution was to get healthy and lose the weight. I have lost almost 40 pounds, and I workout with you and Daniel everyday. You guys are so encouraging. No gimmicks, no fads, just easy to follow workouts that leave me feeling great everyday. Thank you so much for what you guys do. ❤️

    Thank you so much this. I'm overweight by a good few stone and working out in public ironically can feel like people are staring at the fat girl trying to loose weight, so I can do this in my own home and concentrate on getting the exercises right rather than feeling stupid.
    It left me mildly out of breath but I'm so proud I managed it all the way through :)

    If you haven't worked out in a while or simply need a nice bearable low impact workout this is it. I love that I can get through it and not feel like I'm dying for it to end like other workouts yet still sweat and feel like I got a really great workout in the end. Looking forward to graduating to the next level.

    a little recap of my first "real" workout in months (possibly a year or more, I try to forget..) -- I was reminded why I loved and still love your videos:
    a) concise information about what is going to happen without too much information (I tend to then dread an unloved exercise before it even starts),
    b) no over-the-top hyped speaking and/or annoying motivational pushing (I honestly don't have a preference for either of you narrating, both your voices are really nice to listen to),
    c) no background music!! (I listened to a mix of florence and the machine, earth, wind & fire, r. kelly :D),
    d) it goes quicker than you think,
    e) love your low impact videos, not for my joints, but our non-existent/horrendous impact sound insulation in the appartement.
    thanks guys!

    any advice on how to keep from getting light headed and dizzy while exercising? It always happens after about 10 minutes in. I've tried drink plenty of water or Gatorade before starting as well as eating fruits or energy bars before starting. Maybe I need to go on a vitamin regimen?

    • @andrea_zevallos
      @andrea_zevallos 10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Maybe you're not eating right. I've never had that dizzy feeling before except a little when I took less protein. I'm not an expert, but I'm just guessing. Eating a good amount of protein and vitamins in a natural way will help you with that.
      Drink a good amount of milk (or yogurt) and eggs! They make me really good, but that's my body, yours might be different.

      That's a common symptom of anemia. Do you have too-low blood pressure? Mention the dizziness to your doctor next time you have a check-up.

      One of the things you shouldn't be doing is consuming High Fructose Corn Syrup. Gatorade isn't a great choice for hydration. Try eating a small piece of whole grain toast with a bit of almond butter. You need protein and lots of water for sure. If you need more information re. healthy changes to your diet, let me know.

      This is normal if you hadn't eaten for a while because when you excercise, your blood sugar level drops naturally. Try eating a sandwich before excercising. It works for me

    I have terrible sciatic nerve pain on my left side. I was able to complete this workout with just a few modifications when doing the floor exercises. Thanks so much for providing a free workout option for this busy mom. I have 100lbs to lose after 3 kids and this was a great way to get back into working out without having to figure out how to get to the gym in the dead of winter.

    • @lauralivin
      @lauralivin 9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you google solutions for sciatic pain, there are actually a few stretching exercises that could really help you out with it.

    • @TheELDUDERINO76
      @TheELDUDERINO76 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      I had terrible sciatic pain as well on my left side. Best thing I did exercise wise was to go to my local indoor swimming pool to the warm water hydro pool and did some exercises as recommended by my doctor. The pool was great because it takes the weight off your body so you can do movement and exercise in the water without that pain from downward pressure on the lower back. I had a bulging disc pushing on the sciatic nerve. Good luck to you.

    As someone who hates jumping during a workout ( my legs just HURT after jumping, and not the good hurting, the ' I feel it to my bones'-hurt) this is a great option! I'm not too big on working out, I'm surprised that I managed to lose 30lbs with barely any exercise except going from point A to point B daily! Great workout!

    I've been doing just this video. I know it's low impact for beginners, but right now it's all I can do. I'm hoping to be able to switch to a more intense video one day a week, when I get a bit more fit from this one.

      it's been the 2nd week I've done this. I'm getting used to the routine of doing this video every other day. I barely feel muscle pain after doing these video. I'm still struggling with the ab crunches though, that take me out the quickest.
      I'll keep doing this until I can do the ab crunches more properly then move on to a higher intensity workout video, any recommendation ?

    • @mimsss
      @mimsss 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1
