      @mitchell demara, if you come in off nc 109 take reservation road take a right on moccasin creek and follow it almost to the end you will pass the damn and a little bit further down the trail is a turn off to the right called deep water trail, it will take you to a clearing, make a right and head straight down to the water. 35.40206 and -80.08719 should get you almost to the water

    hey did you guys air down tires at all during your time there?

    • @FischerJeepAdventures
      @FischerJeepAdventures  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey we did air down going down to the lake along that trail but the rest the trails were pretty easy on street pressure, we did not go into the OHV park trails as they were closed when we were there

      @@FischerJeepAdventuresawesome! do you think you needed to air down to get to the lake?

    • @FischerJeepAdventures
      @FischerJeepAdventures  ปีที่แล้ว

      We didnt need to, since I have on board air i usually do on technical stuff, it does couple things makes the ride a bit smoother which is 90% of the reason most of the time and the other 10% is traction especially in sand and snow, but the short is no you dont need to air down, especially if it is dry and you have good tires you wont need to air down, mainly i do because its easy for me because i have air on demand

    Any coordinates you could drop for the campsites you were at?

    • @FischerJeepAdventures
      @FischerJeepAdventures  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Grant the first one was off moccasin creek right around 35.432544, -80.058594, that should get you close the second one by the lake was off deep water trail, steep descent around 35.400827, -80.086780. The one by the lake was our favorite, we were all alone which made it cool, if it was packed will people you dont know it might be a little crowded, enjoy if you go, thanks for checking out our channel

      @@FischerJeepAdventures I have a 3rd gen tacoma limited. Am I going to be okay on these roads? The truck is stock

      @FischerJeepAdventures  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Grant, you should be fine on all the base trails, I would be careful about going into the offroad park section with a stock truck, some of the trails are pretty mild others you can find yourself in trouble, the first camp site is easy even if you go up to the upper section, the one by the lake as long as its dry it should be fine, if its rainy or has rained recently it might be a little slippery
