    Can we get a video of a tour of your back end? I would love to see all that you have in there and where I can buy them!

      Absolutely, I’m currently working on getting the roof top tent on the jeep then it’s off for a solo camp, I’ll try to cover the back end then stay tuned 🍻

    Hey Dustin...Tim here again with another thought, lol. Surprised I know! Watching you blow up those air mattresses, I was like...I wonder if there was an attachment that you can get for a hair dryer that would fit into the hole of the mattress and fill the air mattress with hot hot air? Would it make the bed warmer? How long would the heat last? Would it damage the mattress? I dunno, just a crazy thought. Also, beautiful area that you were in and the food always looks amazing. I was digging the YJ sticker and the ATEM Jeep stickers too. Looks like you all had a great time, including Charlie. Be safe out there!

      I think it would make the bed warmer, but not sure how long that would last. Something to definitely try. If I didn’t have the diesel heater I would probably just heat up snow and make hot water bottles for inside my sleeping bag , might do that next time. It was definitely a great time and thanks for joining us on the trial today 🍻

    Nice video , thank you for showing the Jeep Tent , I was thinking to get one, . I have same diesel air heater and I noticed you have long cable connected to the display , did it come with your heater or you added the extension?

    • @ATEMOFFROAD
      @ATEMOFFROAD  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes I lengthened the cable that way the thermostat built into the controller is inside the heated space so the unit functions properly like the heater in your home. There is a setting that allows you to leave the controller clipped onto the unit with no thermostat control, leaving the unit at one setting the entire night. I don’t particularly like this way because it’s not power or fuel efficient! Thanks for joining me on the trail today 🍻

    21:13 How does it connect to the bottom of the Jeep so you don't end up with critters like raccoons or possums walking under the Jeep into the tent?

    • @ATEMOFFROAD
      @ATEMOFFROAD  ปีที่แล้ว

      The same way as the sides and top, elastic all the way around with multiple attachments and flexibility with different vehicles

  • @adobooffroad
    @adobooffroad 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

    what do you have for roof rack?

  • @campoutwestus
    @campoutwestus ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Interesting setup. Did you find any advantage over a regular ground tent?

    • @ATEMOFFROAD
      @ATEMOFFROAD  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes particularly the many different ways the inside setup could possibly be. With this you can sleep inside your jeep and have a little living room area/ awning. I can see that being useful during family camps and have the trailer. Maybe also used as a changing room or quick shelter anyway I dig it 👍🏼👍🏼. Thanks for joining us 🍻

    Thinking about getting one of these. Does the side that attaches to the Jeep zip closed at all? If we wanted to disconnect and go explore but not leave the tent open to the elements and bugs?

  • @user-gz1zq5nu9f
    @user-gz1zq5nu9f ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Can it be a stand alone tent too? Can the side that attaches to the jeep be zipped up completely?

    • @ATEMOFFROAD

      Yes it totally can, awesome tent 🍻
