I loved the look of the Capri when I was growing up. That long bonnet and low profile had echoes of the Jaguar e-type. Your restoration pays homage to a great marque and that mica blue is stunning. The details are spot on. Thank you!

Goeie kleurkeuze, prachtig resultaat. Goed om te zien dat je dat plastic aan de trekhaak weghaalde. Was een van de dingen die ik als kind vervelend vond aan de Majorettes.

Bedankt! Zonder trekhaak had dat flapje ook geen nut meer. En een trekhaak paste ook niet meer bij de uiteindelijke look. Ziet er een stuk beter uit zonder. 🙂

nice one,Johan.there aren't too many mark 2 capri's in small scale,1/43rd & upwards,plenty but smaller,no.this is the only one i know of.i like the new wheels,look super cool on this casting.
