That auto focus Lens is Amazing ;) I'm sure the helios would match easily with your Pentax lenses. Great job on focus and even greater job for avoiding jitters. Did you use a follow focus ? Lovely colors !!
Yes I have a follow focus at last! Haven’t made too many videos with it yet though. And yeah, I think the difference between the Helios and most of my Takumars is probably similar to the difference between my Takumar 50mm and the other Takumars. Just some tint shifting would probably make it work. Thank you so much for watching! Means a lot to have talented filmmakers giving feedback. ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
Thank you for watching!!! I use the Pixco 0.7x m42 speedbooster. So much cheaper than the Metabones… I’m sure the metabones is superior, but this one works just fine as far as I can tell. Love those vintage m42 lenses. www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00HPPHRQ8?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title
I got a very nice Helios 44 13 blades from a seller on ebay who misteln;y listsed it as 8 blades with a low BIN of £57. I use a Metabones Speedbooster.
Is it just me or do you have to be super far away from what your shooting when you use this camera and a lens around this size? It's so zoomed in. I'm so confused someone please answer
@@northwoodstudios-dd4zw yes, the OG has a micro four-thirds sensor - even smaller actually - so that what would be a 50mm lens on a full frame camera has the field of view of something like a 100mm lens on three OG. So harder to get a shallow depth of field with this camera
Very nice bro 🙌🏾
Cool shots.
It's refreshing to see someone use this camera paired with a tripod, it really calls for one! Relaxing, beautiful springtime footage.
Thank you so much! Just found your OG overview on your channel =)
Stunning footage! What slider did you use for these? So steady!!!
Thank you for watching! No slider, just panning with the tripod. Finally using a follow-focus, it’s helping me smooth out all the rack-focuses.
Looks awesome!

What adapter were you using for this? Really loved everything about it. Even the music choice and the background nature
