- A video about 3 Budget Cinematic, Low Light, & Vintage Style Lenses for the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera Original (BMPCC OG). The Fujian 25mm f1.4, 35mm f1.7, & 50mm f1.4. Testing the lens with different color grade and multiple aspect ratios along with additional footage with Panasonic Lumix GH4 in Vlog-L profile with the 25mm.

This is really nice, but I'm disappointed you don't include a really wide option. With the BMPCC OG censor, your widest lens here will be approximately like a normal lens used on a full frame camera. These lenses will be a problem if you have to shoot in cramped locations, like inside a car.

Hi, I just bought BMPCC OG for really cheap ($300 + 4 batteries) and now I want to buy my first lens for it. Can you recommend me some budget cinematic lens with pleasant image to start my filmmaking journey with this amazing camera!
You can try out these three or look for TTArtisan or 7Artisan lenses. They're pretty budget friendly.
@@HQFHasanQureshiFilms thank you, I looking for it. Is it hard to shoot with these lenses handheld, since they dont have IS and what is the crop factor? I have old Helios 4-42 soviet lens. Its an amazing lens but crop factor is really big and its hard for stable shooting.
The blur at the side of the frame is annoying, but for the price it's irrelevant. Do you have any ND filter solutions though? As the filter thread is just too damn small!
I use a lens hood to attach the ND. You'll find it on eBay .
@@HQFHasanQureshiFilms ah thanks I didn’t even think about that. And I wasn’t aware you could get step up rings from 30mm, I always thought 37mm was the smallest. I can use it outdoors at f1.4, thanks!
