The winner fighter chicken is very very-expensive.
The hotel was a steal and what aboutvthe first temple, wow all those styles, you did a good job capturing it on video 👊 the white famous temple (so much details) is on my bucketlist as is the kawsoi 😉 but i loved all that hungry adventure food at that restaurant served in the coconuts. Was the sausage sai ouwa? A little sauer yes?
But the best part is your coconut helmet 🤣

Hi mickey , Let me explain about the menu you have eaten. The sausage-shaped thing is local dish in the north, is called sausage.made from pork chop mixed with herbs, Put it in pork intestines and roast. And next one ,A little crab It is also a local dish called Ong Pu, made from local crab eggs mixed with chicken eggs. Season with salt And then grilled , hope you enjoy journey in the North and wish you have a safe trip. :)

13:48 it called 'Krab Moo' or fried crispy pork skin. It's very suit with green chili sauce called 'Nam Prik Num'. I'm Thai but still don't have chance to visit White Temple. It's so gorgeous. Mickey is very lucky to meet Chalermchai who create White Temple. So Lucky!

Loved every bit of this upload. The cinematography and incorporated was perfect. The hotel looks an absolute steal at that price too. Will be sure to stay there if im ever at that area. The food in the restaurant looks delicious and as someone mentioned below, what u ate was pork crackling with the dip. The White Temple and sunset were absolutely stunning as well. great episode

I visited Wat Rong Khun 8 years ago. It is very beautiful.
That is a fancy new helmet you have to ride little brother with at 13:05, you will be the Coconut King of the road! They served you the best food today it looked so delicious.
Glad you met the White Temple artist and had conversation with him, it is not unusual to forbid cameras at such great works but seeing the outside was still worth it for us.

14:04 It's pork rinds (Kaeb Moo) which are generally eaten with Somtam, chilli paste, noodles in blood broth or you can have for snack time. In some Northern provinces like Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai these crispy pork rinds and cracklings are popular food souvenirs. Some shops also create different flavours like BBQ. To me I love fried pork skins with fat as they're salty and go well with sour Somtam. :))

When you go to Chiang Rai Recommend you to go to Choui Fong tea plantation. Doi Tung Royal Villa Go for coffee at Ban Phahee or at Cafe Suan Grandpa, stay at homestay at Ban Buzo, take a photo with a lion statue. At Singha Park.
I recommend traveling to Mae Hong Son Province with Route 1095, it is very beautiful. Before the COVID19 outbreak, there were many foreigners visiting Pai District.
And my favorite places in Mae Hong Son Province are Phra That Doi Kong Moo, Pang Ung and Ban Rak Thai, I don't want you to miss these places. 🇹🇭🤟🏻

How do like the Northerner foods so far?! Sai ua or northern Thai sausage or Chiang Mai sausage is a grilled pork sausage from northern Thailand and one of our must try northern dish if you’re visiting the province.
Nam Phrik Num is a kind of “Nam phrik”. It is commonly served in a small bowl or saucer placed by the main dish as a condiment or a dip, mostly for uncooked or boiled vegetables, sticky rice, or pork crackling.
