That chicken curry is "Nam Ngeow" to be eaten with "Kanom Jeen". All ingredients are served separately in small bowls. We have to put "Kanom Jeen" first into our plate, ladled on top of "kanom jeen" by the chicken curry, finally, sprinkling with assorted ingredients. You eat this combination in one bite.

I was in Chiang Mai for two weeks a couple of years ago it is completely breath taking. Go back in May. Hit some river rafting up there. Elephants on the river banks water falls quite the experience. My favorite place on earth. Thanks again

Chiang Dao is one of my favorite place I always visit. There is a temple hidden inside the mountain called "Wat Tham Pha Plong" surrouding by the mountains couldnt see from the foothill or outside . The place is in the middle of Doi Luang that you need to walk 510 steps up into the mountain (about 500 meters far from the entrance). You will find the temple with small cave and can only hear the sound of birds. Another one is "Wat Tham Chiang Dao" the big cave that open for tourist . This temple is about 253 year old.
Thanks for recommending, i'll definitely visit them during next trip!
