ఈ ప్లాట్ కి తూర్పు మరియు ఉత్తరం రెండు వైపులా రోడ్ లు ఉన్నాయి. తూర్పు వైపు రోడ్ కి ఒక్క షాప్ వచ్చే విధంగా మరియు రెండు కార్ పార్కింగ్ లతో గ్రౌండ్ ఫ్లోర్ లో ఒక్క రెంట్ పోర్షన్ డిజైన్ చేయడం జరిగింది.
ఫస్ట్ ఫ్లోర్ లో ఓనర్స్ ఉండడం కొరకు రెండు బెడ్ రూమ్ లు, హాల్, డైనింగ్, ఆటాచ్డ్ బాత్రూం లు ఉండే విధంగా 3D డిజైన్ చేయడం జరిగింది.
ఇంటీరియర్ డిజైన్ అందంగా ఉండడం కొరకు లైట్ కలర్స్ మరియు వుడ్ కలర్ లో డార్క్ షేడ్స్ ని ఉపయోగించడం జరిగింది.
ఇంటి బడ్జెట్ మరియు తలుపు కిటికీల యొక్క కొలతల వివరాలు వీడియోలో పూర్తి వివరంగా వివరించడం జరిగింది.

Building a house is the dream of every common man. If not it is equally important to take proper planning at the time of House Construction. In today's video, we have shared with you the 30 feet long and 53 feet wide G +1 house plan given in 3D design to Kalamanda Raju Yadav through our channel.
There are roads on both the east and north sides of the plot. A single rental portion was designed on the ground floor with one shop facing the road on the east side and two car parks.
The first floor is 3D designed to accommodate owners with two bedrooms, a hall, a dining room and an attached bathroom.
Light shades and dark shades of wood were used to enhance the interior design.
The budget of the house and the dimensions of the door and windows are explained in full detail in the video.
