Cracks ni gypsum daggara tick chesaru ante choodagane cracks untayi anipisthundi. Pop daggara x kottaru ante cracks undavu anipisthundi. But meeru cheppadam.oppositw chepthunnaru. So clear ga "cracks ekkuva/takkuva " ani rayandi. It's just my suggestion.
Hi bro.. Well explained.but you missed one disadvantage with Gypsum sheets. There is a threat with termites to Gypsum sheet due to paper coat. Termites will attack paper coat in long-run, hence the board will lose it's strength,and it'll fall. My suggestion is for that,better to go for a anti-termite treatment before going to ceiling work.
