This was by far the best video for kickboxing or martial arts for a beginner looking for a easy, fun and effective workout because he only focused on one routine to the point where the exercise moves like the jab, cross, kick felt like a dance you could easily remember and pick up quickly . Great teacher and great class structure !
Thank You for another great( shorter-Yes!) Video. I love your 20 minute workouts, the last couple months I've really let myself go, so this is a good way to step back into it. Felt really great after doing it, and look forward to getting back to the 20 minute and more workouts.
