Started working out seriously for the first time about a month ago and since then I decided to join a kickboxing class and I’ve found myself watching videos like this and other exercise videos to help improve my workouts and kickboxing technique. Knees can go ahead of the toes. No disrespect but check the asg guy out. He blew that myth out of the water. Good stuff though. You are very entertaining and detailed.
i don't understand, i can only do half of what you do on those splits. in terms of splits im not flexible at all but i can throw solid head kicks and body kicks just fine with decent control
This routine does not train people to raise their legs higher by strengthening their hip flexors. I've seen better videos that specifically work on this.
