- Meal prepping lunches is a key part of my week to stay healthy and on budget. Not to mention the time it saves during the week to have healthy food to grab as you head off to work. This weeks lunch meal prep is gluten free, super easy and only took me about 30 minutes all up!

Do you have a recipe for the KFC mixture?
I'll ask my husband to write down his blend! I think it's basically a fairly equal mix of chilli powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper.

That is a most unusual salsa.
It is, but it's surprisingly delicious for such simple ingredients!
Great video.. it was a bit hard to read the text - perhaps a bolder colour would help. I had the video on while I was in the kitchen preparing dinner
