      Yeah I just started this month to try to get healthy I make my food on Sunday then take lunch to school everyday. It’s good that I made that I like, so I don’t have to worry.

    I made the Portobello Fajita bowl meal prep and it was amazing! I had one for dinner and made 3 large servings for meals. My only thing was I will have to buy for mushrooms. Lol 🍄

      how do u start??, im currently studding culinary arts but im starting to notice that maybe working in a big kitchen might not be my best option & was looking into personal chefs & sounds interesting i just dont know how ppl get started, is it a company or do u work a alone?

      @@ileanaisabel4695 You'll learn more about the culinary arts working in a restaurant, but your pay will be several times better if you work as a personal chef. You start off working alone, then can add assistants if you choose. I have done a multitude of videos on start-up costs and how to get clients. I'm excited for you. Let me know how it goes!!

      @ I've done a video on how to price for a dinner party and how to price for meal prep. I also did a Q&A and how to conduct a consultation. Yes, I love love your master class idea. I'm working on it! It will be free and probably about 30 min to 60 min long. Please, stay in touch. I'd be so excited if just one person I talked to decided to take the plunge. There is huge demand for personal chefs. Eating well should be as important as a clean home.

      Virginia Stockwell Happy Holidays! I’ve been thinking about getting certification in holistic nutrition and then diving into meal prepping/grocery shopping and meal planning for individuals. I would also love to know how you got started and what courses you’ve taken? Was it difficult gaining clients from the beginning? This is a completely new career change for me, but I’m big on eating well and want to finally get started on this in 2020!

    It would be interesting to see recipes specific to some diets related to medical issues. Like SIBO or Candida often mistaken for IBS and such : )

      then split the ingredients in 2 and prepare only two servings. you can do the same for the other meal prep recipes

    Once I saw the chicken wasn't seasoned at least 24 hrs in advance I thought I lost it. Then cooked for 15 mins. Good bye. Thank you for the ideas. I'll have to put some 🇹🇹 spin on it

      You can also freeze some of the meals after cooking them. I'm surprised the video doesn't mention this.

    Why do they only use salt and pepper to season anything?! There are way more seasonings in the world that are dirt cheap and make these things so much less bland!!

      @@user-wh4pw1yr4k Sure but most people who cook nowadays own more than just two seasonings or are willing to spend a dollar and have another one when they're shopping for the ingredients to make these dishes in order to best produce them..I know I dont even have an extensive spice cabinet but garlic powder, onion powder and paprika are always abundant and make a world of difference

    Hi there thx for the video. Im wondering on how to properly store and re-heat. Do you put them directly in the fridge once done cooking? And to re-heat simply microwave? Thanks

      Use reheatable food container you can find it in any lifestyle or home store, pop to refrigerator once finished cooking and just reaheat for 10-15 min in microwave before eat, mind you, even after cooked and stored in vacume container meat usually only good for 2-3 days, hence he prep for 4 days where 1 is immedietly eaten

    You can take the tendons out of those chicken tenders by using a fork to strip them out! Look it up on you tube.
