Actually Yoga originated in Africa from Kemet Empire.
Like in many other examples Africa has given us Yoga, multitude of natural medicines, food and sciences.
People overlook African contribution to the evolution of the world but when I see error I will educate.
      THANK YOU AFRICA

In the beginning, you should do knee movements. We have it in Hindi. The below is the link:
      th-cam.com/video/JoCPUTYdYkk/w-d-xo.htmlsi=_Br1hcRuFeRutfD6
During Malasana, you can place your buttocks on cushion, blocks, bolster or stool of 5 to 7 inches height from the floor.

Thank you sir I also can't sit in this position because I suffered paralysis i can't land my left ankle without support of wall.
I use to sit in this position for about minute or two with the support of wall. My query is that how much time does it required to sit without support of wall

    • @coachriteshpatel
      @coachriteshpatel 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Namaste Amir..... you question about how much time does it requires to sit without wall support. will depend upon many equations. first of all if you having a lot of stretch of the back of the ankle i.e Achilles tendon.. than might take 2 to 3 months to get flexible.. but if your ankle joint is in compression i.e the bone is meeting the bone... when you squat.. that you will always have to take the support of the wall or put a small block behind the heel. it will help you to sit comfortably.. I will give you my example..
I have been using the Indian toilets since my childhood.. but I always had the issue of sqatting... although I used to squat but always balanced on the toes and ball of foot instead of heel.. and until now I still can't sit. its not because if am not flexible but because my ankle bone get its compression. so I always use to push my weight forward and sit...
so you see it all depends...
hope, I have answered your question....if not you can still question and clear your doubts..
Thank you for watching.. take care keep smiling
      Namaste

    • @coachriteshpatel

Namaste Shah Khan. when you start for the first time, 5 to 10 sec. is enough and as and when increase the duration slowly and gently. also use block so that the pressure on the knee is less.
the duration completely depends upon your comforatability.

Depends upon person to person. start with few second and maximum to 1 to 2 min.

Avoid prolonged sitting. That's the main cause of hemorrhoids. If you have to sit for even short periods, use a "donut" like one of these. www.walmart.com/search/?query=donut%20pillow%20for%20hemorrhoid&typeahead=hemorrhoid%20donut. Even when you are in a car or bus or train or plane, sit on a donut. At home, squat if you can, especially on the toilet. Here is a cheap DIY toilet converter: www.naturesplatform.com/faq.html#over300

Enemas shouldn't cause hemorrhoids. It's mainly due to sitting, which puts pressure on the anal veins, causing them to bulge out.
