      Do the squat against a wall. Eventually you can do it without. Thats how i improved.

    Can I go into that pose from Squats position ? or do I need to lean the body forward the way you showed. Just wondering if leaning the body forward that way might cause my upper back ache to resurface ?

      Thanks for the comment Bhushan , you can stay as far as you feel comfortable, And make sure you keep breathing through out which is long and slow breathing. You can count your breath for 5 or 8 or 12 counts

      It is because you’re not able to keep your entire foot on the floor try with the support as you can see in the video use a block or towel below your heel and try this😊🙏
