Thanks for the comment Bhushan , you can stay as far as you feel comfortable, And make sure you keep breathing through out which is long and slow breathing. You can count your breath for 5 or 8 or 12 counts

You need to be careful and if possible check with some yoga teacher near by who can help you with alignment of the posture 😊

It is because you’re not able to keep your entire foot on the floor try with the support as you can see in the video use a block or towel below your heel and try this😊🙏
