I watched this video a few months ago, but I just re-watched it again! We bought a ‘25 Pilot Elite last night and your details are sooo helpful! (The features are the same as the Black Edition). Thank you very much for an excellent and helpful review!!!
You didn’t mention the 2nd row magic seat feature is I think is awesome! The middle section of the 2nd row is easily removable to give you captains chairs with a walk through!! That middle seat can stow under the storage space or if you leave it home that under storage area is big enough for a carry on size suitcase/bag!!
This one has "Kenny" written all over it !!! ( black EVERYTHING !!! ) My niece has had two Pilots, and loved both of them - great for her family with three girls, all under the age of 12.
It really really bumps me out the fake exhaust system for show only, and also that when you open the hood you have to place the stick in order to keep it open. My Accord 2015 V6 comes with a hydraulic stand. This is supposed to be one of the most expensive Hondas, why they are cutting corners on that stuff.
Thinking we might need to get a 3 row SUV in the near future, due to our family expanding. I like the Pilot Trailsport (I know, not the trim you are reviewing) but recently began to look at the Grand Highlander Limited. Which would you choose if you were spending your own money?
I have yet to drive the Grand Highlander, however I am not a fan of the Toyota infotainment systems. I need to get back to you on this because I need to drive the ‘yota first
@@703Speed I am planning to do a side by side comparison tomorrow since I am off. I’m bringing my son and his car seat since how well it fits (along with two other seats for the babies we will hopefully have early next year) is a major consideration.
It’s damn near impossible to get a grand Highlander hybrid I’ve been trying since September on waitlist at 2 dealerships. I’m not paying a 5-10k mark up. We needed coming across this and absolutely love it! I think the Honda interiors are a little nicer and better built quality.
it misses a full size spare and a trailer hitch as standard. If you pay extra the trailer hitch can be added but the sensor for opening rear hatch needs to be moved. The variable cylinder modes worry me. Very good review of non-tech aspect of this vehicle.
“If you’re going to tow 5000 pounds often, get a Tahoe…”. What does that say about this vehicle? If it has limitations towing, I’d like that explored in a bit more detail for that kind of money.
Definitely NOT a top dog suv. Looks kind of blend, boring and very outdated interior that look like it was from a 2015 era. For a black edition. Putting those fake exhaust on is more like a,"Eff U!" Fake edition for the buyer. Basically you're paying for a fake gimick edition. That gauge cluster is ugly. Definitely not a premium look by any means.
BLACK EDITION PILOT in Modern Steel Metallic exterior color looks good. Our family has purchased two new Honda vehicles in the past 2 months. I picked them out but not mine. I'm getting 2025 Pilot Elite soon. But each time salesperson has given Key-Fob to Pilot on lot while doing paperwork with other family members. My nephew got 2024 CIVIC SPORT HATCHBACK Luna Silver. His mother my sister got 2024 Modern Steel Metallic HR-V EX-L AWD. So I was originally going to get Modern Steel Metallic Pilot with brown interior. But I changed my color choice to Platinum White exterior with brown interior on Elite. But the Black Edition in Modern Steel Metallic loos good. I have a 2000 Acura 3.2TL Black exterior and Ebony interior. Sister has 2007 Honda Ridgeline Honda is the only make I ever owned.
Priced very well compared most other vehicles tha dont give you a proven V6 drivetrain good point about diving cross country i know 2 woman who did that with toyota Sienna minivan with the 3.5 V6 2017 & 2003 model years Acura MDX Chicago to newyork like it was nothing but a road trip had the green book handy for those sundown towns

They’re just so solid
Still the best auto reviewer on you tube. Nice review.
Wicked sharp in all over black! Love that spare tire below
There goes my boy great review Kenny
Thanks man🙏🏼
Big props for N/A engine. Black editions always looks very good in any vehicle. Great review as always. Greetings
the most underrated channel
Great review! Looking at getting the exact same thing soon. Also, love that you were playing Koe Wetzel!
I'm the fan of Honda's for a while & I buy this.
Hondas are great
This Pilot is a no joke, 3rd row has so much more space than it's segment and even beats the full size SUV
It was the black 20 inch wheels All black clean body that did it for me. Copped a BE today 😜 love it!
Love to see you do just the button pushes and spend more time , a little slower delivery . Very nice video
fantastic review, so thorough! New subscriber! ❤
This looks very good in the black edition.
Great review as always!
Excellent job Kenny.
Thanks bro🫡🙏🏼
Sweet ride, priced right. Great info man.
Thanks! 👍
Great video! Personally I think Touring is the best trim overall and EX-L is the best trim for value!
Hmm. EX-L is def the best value

Is everything exactly the same with this model as the Honda Pilot Elite, other than the trimming?

Honda pilot trailsport has a ton of body roll. Night and day driving it verses the Black edition
Great review 👍🏾
No point blocking the digital speedometer when you have a head up display. lol

Looks super nice SUV size everything way better than Highlander.
Great review my fellow Ken-ster. 😉

That is a terrific looking interior. Thumbs up review. Peace bro.
Is that ford dump truck yours?
How does the 2025 Honda Pilot black edition compare to the 2024 GMC Acadia AT4
Honda reliability, AT4 has more tech and the “look”
"Nice 9 inch display", LOL.
I've loved my Hondas but I've been really unhappy with my 2024 Pilot elite
How come?
It misses a full sized spare tire.
Nav screen looks like the size of an iPhone!
Funny how some men are obsessed with “size”. Too small, too big. C’mon man, what is the right size? 60 inches!?

Needs better milage and better coler the black looksvterrible
