Nice tool.. The largest die holder chuck that slips into the knurled handle.. How did you attach it to the knurled handle? I don't see any Hex screws when the knurled handle was rotating after the threading... If you used Loctite or something like it, not that familiar with the many different kinds.. Which one was it? Nice video.. And,, I enjoyed the tunes..Ha.. I can always mute the speakers if I'm trying to be quiet late at night... :) Cheers..
Thank you but I'm afraid I did not understand! "The largest die holder chuck"? Do you refer to the maximum diameter of the tool? That was created together with the knurled handle from a unique piece of steel.
Ok maybe I understood. The bushings are held in place by an M6 grub screw on the body that presses on a hole just drafted on the bushings. If you look at the photos you can see the grub screw ticking and on the bushings you will also see the imprint. Sorry for my english...!
great design and I like the addition of the adapters for different die diameters 🖒
thank you! ;-)
Good job 👍
Awesome video! I'm feeling motivated now. What kind of steel should be used for this project?
Thank you!

He is asking how you are holding the bushings in place that accept the dies I believe
CAPTO yes. How are you holding the bushings in that accept the dies? I don't see a set screw. Same question that making something from nothing has.

Yes... I see it now.. Very nice work.. Excellent fits.. Very nice machine work.. Thank you.
What kind of steel did you use for the main holder? I like the finish.
