Hi Glib , I run a yoga channel which is about the anatomy and physiology of yoga and there are classes up there as well if your interested check it out :)
Yeah at least the class ended with something we could manage to do! 😂 To be fair I enjoyed it and I can do planks so that's something it was just all the strong balance bits - total car crash, not "beautiful" at all!
I didn't appreciate how such simple movements could be so surprisingly difficult. This flow was so strengthening and stabilizing. Thank you for making and sharing it, Flo!
Hi Eduado, I run a yoga channel which is about the anatomy and physiology of yoga and there are classes up there as well if your interested check it out :)
I’m recovering from a knee injury so those balance poses weren’t in the cards. And those awkward planks turned into awkward table tops. But I made it to the end so I’m counting it as success. Thank you for kicking my ass!
I started with a wrist warm up followed by this strong class, then I took Bre’s silent 12-minute stretch class and finished with a guided meditation. I love to combine classes in order to create the perfect yoga session for my mood. Thank you 🙏🏼
amazing .i enjoy evert second.I've been with you for years, never boring, always challenging and not infrequently bringing me to the edge, thank you for everything.
Just want to say thanks for this practice. It’s the perfect combination of strength, flexibility and meditation all within 25 mins. I’ve been doing it several times a week for about a year now. Thank you.
A brilliant short & strong class. There's no wrist warm up in this video, lots of side plank and variations, I would suggest warming up beforehand. Thanks Flo.x
we do wrist warm ups in 90% of our videos and you happen to write a comment on this exact video lol, if you miss the wrist warm up dp it on your own right before class 🙏
Another great class!! Thank you Flo. The strong classes that are around 30 minutes are perfect for any time of the day and leave me feel energized and renewed! Thank you!
I did this after not practicing for two weeks because of a very busy schedule at work and at home. Oh boi, I should have previewed the clip. I almost gave up 3/4s of the way to the practice. I stopped at certain points because I was having a hard time trying to catch my breath. Still, I made sure to finish it. I stayed committed even though some poses were really challenging for me with weak Achilles' heel but no excuses. Love and gratitude.
Hello there, not my first comment on the channel but in case you guys didn't know (lol) your channel allows people around the world to feel better in their body, in their mind. Three years ago I had an accident with my piriformis (particular thanks to Flo for stretching this bad boy) and couldn't even touch my knees. Now thanks to you I can reach my feet with straight legs! You are both awesome and I am thankful you’re teaching me yoga. Best from Paris.
Hi Jim , I run a yoga channel which is about the anatomy and physiology of yoga and there are classes up there as well if your interested check it out :)
Wonderful, quick practice to get the blood going. Could easily repeat the vinyasa another 2 or 3 times to extend the practice and then move to the cool down and mediation. Thanks for another great one🙏🏼

Hi There , I run a yoga channel which is about the anatomy and physiology of yoga and there are classes up there as well if your interested check it out :)
Thank you for a very good class. I am a beginner and this was very hard for me. The balance aspect of it all is just crazy. Muscles I did not know I had (well, I dont have them obviously..) were engaged. I will now look through all your classes.
Hey Bre & Flo, thanks for the awesome video! I know you guys love pulling exercises to balanche out all the pushing from yoga and was wondering if you have ever tried out indoor bouldering/rock climbing? Such a fun way to do some functional pulling and I’m sure you’d love it as opposed to always doing the same pull ups. I personally love to incorporate it into my practice 3-4x a week (~2 hour sessions) and have noticed great improvement in how my body feels and moves! Always doing your videos daily as well! Thank you for all of your amazing content!
This is one of the most challenging classes Flo!! 😅I Have been practicing 4-5 days a week since March 2020. I started with the 28 days program and when I finished I started yoga for men when you only had 6 episodes 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. I have been developing more flexibility, stability, mindfulness thanks to your classes
That was satisfying. My awkward plank was more of an awkward faceplant and the half moon was in danger of an eclipse but I will definitely be coming back to this. Half split with inner and outer rotation felt so good. I need a shower now...

Hi There , I run a yoga channel which is about the anatomy and physiology of yoga and there are classes up there as well if your interested check it out :)
I've been doing yoga with breathe and flow for 3 weeks and this is probably one of the hardest classes I've done with them so far. I found it extremly challenging and had to stop a couple of times for a few moments but I feel the challenge is making me much stronger and flexible.
Brilliant. This was the next step from your beginners video I have been following daily. Bloody hell, this was strong. I think I actually let out a roar at one point. Thank you! 🙏
I looked through the video, and thought to myself, I can't do this, but then decided to try anyway, and did it, it was a bit challenging but so rewarding afterwards, thank you for pushing my practice forwards! 🙏

It's challenging for me to stay focused and calm when stuff gets hard. Instead, I get annoyed. It's something I want to work on. Being pushed in these classes is a gift from you, not a punishment. Even though it might feel like one to me in the moment 😂 I want to focus more on gratitude, and tap into my inner stillness when things get hard. Thank you for pushing us. Sometimes I lose grip on the gratitude and start cussing you out in my head during chaturanga holds, but I remember afterwards what you are doing for us by being hard on us. Thank you, and I'm sorry for all the names I call you in my head 😂
Wow! This was truly a humbling practice. It showed me where I was strong and where I need work. I really felt like my practice was starting to stagnate and this gave me the push that I needed. Thank you for this!!
Great channel, gave me lots of strength and good vibes over the last weeks! It's not just the classes, which are well-structured and balanced (as far as I can judge, might not be very far actually xD), but the way you're delivering the message. Just the perfect style to practice along, not too rushed and not too slow, simple explanations, and (maybe even the most important aspect to me) you're showing so much respect and peacefulness. Lots of attitude and power for real life situations. Keep up the great work! Greets from Germany :)
