    Coming from a law enforcement/military background. Tore my ACL last year and have found your channel after having difficulty with regaining full range of motion in my knee. Your training has gained ranges of motion to my knee that was neglected through physical therapy. Over the past months I have found myself doing less powerlifting and have turned more to yoga/calisthenics. The mind body connection has never been better. Thank you, my friend, for promoting a male friendly yoga environment. I look forward to learning from you for the years to come.
