Opposite side of the coin is fat people that are into people that are active and eat healthy but don’t want to do that. Being fat is a lifestyle and says a lot about who you are as a person. I don’t just mean men and women that have a little extra chub, I’d your FAT then it’s a lifestyle choice and includes everyday activities and meals not just your body size. We’re human beings, were not stupid, we can take clues from something as little as the shirt you’re wearing. You’re a recovering alcoholic? Don’t date someone wearing a beer shirt. You like to be physically active and eat healthy? Don’t date a far person. It’s as simples as that, it’s not about body weight it’s about life choices.

I had the ethical position of no one needs to ask for permission, do what you want (this btw was what made others to call me entitled ironically enough), so I said that “you’re wrong”, he asked me to elaborate and I replied with “Nah”. I don’t really do online debates because there’s realistically no point in them and especially on TikTok. A lot of athletes - especially runners and competitive body-builders - can end up with severe heart problems. Runners are always trying to reach that "runner's high" and burst their valves trying to get to it; and body-builders damage their organs by purposefully dehydrating themselves to make their muscles look more taut and their veins pop out more: damaging their heart muscle in the process. Both can end up dying early in their lives from heart failure.
It's all about doing things in moderation: both eating and exercising. Just maintain a balance and you won't fuck up your body.
