She is just back to good ol' trolling.
Anyway, most jobs come with up- and downsides of their own. We shouldn't forget, that people only post the upsides to their jobs on social media.
All we saw were her breaks and the benefits of company X she works at. She didn't mention any of the actual work, probably because it's forbidden by some NDA she signed. And the content really wasn't that long. For all we know the breaks we saw were her allotted one hour of the day combined.
So we really should curb the outrage a little and look at this rational.
If I made a TikTok / Instagram / YT video / whatthef ever and only posted all the stuff I do in my breaks, how I take a stroll around the stores of the market I work at, how I eat some delicious food, how I'm totally relaxed, etc. it would also look like pure luxury.
Anyone but actual warehouse logistics work slaves can do that. Anyone who has a workspace that is a little nicer than construction site or warehouse level.

Funny enough, these people live in the same financial uncertainty as most Americans. The only difference is that they've managed to worm up next to some other yuppie with "connections". Their apartments, lifestyles, bougie tech, fancy food, designer clothing and everything else they surround themselves with, is all purchased on credit cards they default and debtmax on. These people have debt portfolios that collections agencies cream themselves over. Life happens, and with no "Plan B", a lot of them fall out of the game and are absolutely ruined financially. You're seeing someone live it up on the internet. Survivorship bias ensures we only see the ones currently "making it", and not the ones getting kicked outta their "co-opt" because they spent too much on vegan candles and food delivery services that month to make the rent check. The amount spent and the quality of life may be vastly different from the poor guy blowing his McCheck on Newports and lottery tickets, but in the end the symptoms of obsessive consumption and living beyond one's means are virtually identical.

If you want to do well get a overly expensive apartment on the north side. People here are either sexist or clickish. I would not say racist. So stay north and you will land hobs easier). The job was paying about $54k. I was over qualified for that but was perfectly qualified to do the same job at a different company only getting paid $37k pet year.( Lol.) This video hurt so much. To see I was passed up on obtaining such a easy luxurious job. My career has been up and down I even did 1 year as a truck driver after that. Which is why I ended up in Florida. Few years back when I worked in IT, I was doing onsite cabling work for this company. They were getting free breakfasts, free soda, free everything. I asked for a glass of water because it was a hot day and my throat was a lil dry after patching up the server rack. They told me there's a cafe half a mile down the road or I can drink from the bathroom sink.
That was one of the turning points in my life when I realised I was sick of been treated like shit. LinkedIn is filled with so much fake bullshit that I stopped using it in the end.
Another example was when I worked for one of these companies myself (hypocritical I know) as an IT consultant. I grabbed a beer with a coworker of mine who had a side hustle of crypto trading. We were talking in the bar and a homeless guy approached us asking for some change. My coworker ignored him. I gave the guy £5 because honestly we're all only a few paychecks away from been there ourselves. He scolded me for feeding his drug addiction. I also bought the same guy a hot meal when I was walking home late one night. He was genuinely really happy that I gave a shit.

Dumb naive men gave them HR roles just so they can fuck off and leave them be, but in a decade the power of HR grew and they groomed all the workplaces to only be for females who dont contribute anything to civilizations just leech.

I want better conditions for workers, but this just makes me angry. I think back to every shitty job I had. I think back to my last major one: Literally working myself to death, doing ungodly amounts of OT (that until the last year was unpaid), having to perform the tasks of an entire team of people every day because our third member would get poached after I trained him. I think about working on the night shift haven't ng everyone think I was lazy, while in reality I have to magically solve every problem, clean up after the morning shift, redo at least half of their work, and load up most of the trucks because of course everything gets pushed to the last minute. I think about riding my back 10 or 11 miles both ways because I couldn't afford a car, and didn't even have street parking at my literal shoebox apartment. I think about all the work injuries and nerve damage I've had over the years, all the times I've been exploited and thrown under the bus because I had ideas that I literally proved reduced workload, increased efficiency, decreased errors and waste, etc... Wanting to make the job just the slightest bit easier on myself and my coworkers, and cut back on the mandatory and "voluntary" OT. Because I went months without days off (before the pandemic!) multiple times per year.
All I wanted was a third person who could fill in for me when I needed a day off, and a boss that did the two things I wasn't authorized to do every month without having to do workarounds constantly to avoid inventory and carrier schedule conflicts blowing up in my face. You would have thought I was asking for this woman's "job." I guarantee you she is relentlessly bored all day, at least I would be. I don't like waiting around for shit to do. I should feel happy for these employees I guess. But honestly, I just see leeches affording a life of relative luxury off the backs of everyone else. And that makes me angry.
