Do you mean the sound when it comes out of jump in the Constellation commercial or something else? Coz that's an awesome sound. One thing I really like the sound of in the Connie is the afterburners from inside the ship. I have some really nice Yamaha HS8 monitors and Sennheiser HD 25-1 II headphones so I get a very true experience of what the sound designer intended and those the afterburners sound awesome. Almost like it's alive and growling :)

Thannk god, Origin ads are still amazing! Was getting tired of the other dull ads from other manufacturers. These videos were one of the reasons I bought into Star Citizen early!
It's nice to see the commercial style trailers for these ships. The ones released recently were not like that unfortunately. It makes it feel like a living, breathing universe.

Don't worry, neither of your descendants will be able to do so either. Without truly groundbreaking discoveries in physics (which aren't even on the horizon) we will not be able to effectively transport all people into space and back. We just won't have the resources needed for that, even with the best hacks imaginable. Also, if the world will still be as corporate by then as it is portrayed by the CIG, it will be yet another space cyberpunk. Looks like CIG did a model of a new ship like the car companies do when they clay model a new design of a car. As the ship there is obviously not a normal ship model but at a miniature reduced size.

Having watched them remake the Constellation and Cutlass three times over, I'm starting to lose hope, but I want to think that they've just been tight lipped with how antsy 300i players have been. IIRC the revisit for the 300 series was supposed to be sometime after 3.0 on the road map.
Yeah I think the 600 series is a peak in on how the 300 series will be like, that you change a module to make the ship in to a role. Would not suprice me if the 300 series will be a little bigger ship now after the rework but still be able to fly it solo with out problem ofc. And I think the price on the 300 series will go up a fair bit as well.
People keep remarking how small it is, but have they seen the end of the video? Flying next to it is the 300i. She's actually a pretty sizeable ship. The people in the start have a scale model, just for showing its dimensions and sleek features.
Awesome, best spaceship advert yet. For me anyway. Love the lines and look Incredible the approach from Chris Roberts on spaceships, compared to games like X-Rebirth. And it's easy to see which one is smiling all the way to the bank...

Why the lamps blink when are turned on at 0:56 and 1:00? Are they still using fluorescent mercury lamps with starter circuit which makes them blink at startup? Even today we have LED lights that just turns on and don't blink like that. It's just silly.
This video is just great and suits exactly the style of this ship, i love the music according to the elegant spirit of this creation. If later we'll get possibilies and features like playing music into the ship i would love to fly it while having some nice orchestra compositions inside :)

How? They just released a new Origin ship that will be the base of the origin ships. Jared also said on spectrum a few month earlier, that 300 series rework hopefully this year. So not even 100%
Spoiler Alert: people in the comments will be complaining about how they keep designing new ships instead of "finishing the game", completely unaware of the fact that the team is made up of more than 300 people, and only a handful of them work on ship design. 😏
And the fact that these ships are the game for the most part. Seriously who plays a space sim and not expect ships in them? I'd like a verity of ships to choose and pilot.
