I like what you did with Ursula since you gave her a sympathetic backstory since she was betrayed by the man she loved and that’s why she’s motivated with her desire for power and vengeance. Love this plot! Disney would never have the guts to do anything like this but it would be so entertaining to see a horror movie done by Disney. They totally have it in them. Cinderella III (Twist in Time) had potential of being horror, lol.
Jesus Christ, this story was neat, friend. You really nailed it. I totally LOVE this kind of serious mature and dramatic version. I shall watch your others videos.

During the ad break, I got a trailer for the live action little mermaid and lemme tell you that no force on earth could stop me laughing at the irony 😂😂
Disney movies like Peter Pan and Little Mermaid have a lot of potential as horror movies in all honesty they'd be better than the constant live action remakes.
This theory makes sense. Mermaids and Sirens are close cousins. In Greek mythology Sirens were known to lure men to their watery graves by their beautiful voices. I like to think of Ariels voice having that Siren lure and Ursula using the nautilus shell sort of like a magical megaphone to amplify the singing.
staying in Greek Mythology. King Triton, the son of Poseidon. Who is the brother of Zeus and Hades, making him the uncle to both Hercules and Persephone (in the context of the DECU (Disney Elseworld Cinematic Universe))
This... was... crazy!! And I love it!! So damn dark, and just like in the actual story, Ariel doesn't get her man. Way to make this creepy and interesting at once!
I have a couple of fanscription ideas I'd like to see: - What If Disney focused on Darker Material? - What If The Last Airbender 2 Happened? - What If Dragonball Evolution 2 Happened?
Part 2 soon pleeaasee!!!! Dispite this being a rewrite, its a more unique consept thats enjoyable and it would be a crime to leave it on a cliffhanger. Especially since netflix is on a kick when it comes to canceling all their best animated shows without properly ending them.
Me reading the original Little Mermaid fairy tale as a kid: Wow, that was heavy. There's no way another Little Mermaid story will ever have such a bleak ending. Channel Awesome years later: Hold my beer.
Far better than the live action remake. Personally, I want Ariel to have completely turned into a mersiren-since in Greek I'm pretty sure they're bird people not fish people-and is just stuck obeying Ursula with almost nothing left of her original self. I think it fits well with the darker story and is a side effect of both her not getting Eric to kiss her and having her heart broken. She's now consumed by both heartbreak and the spell.
Now this would've made the original film a lot more darker. Also, the moment she turns into a siren for the first time? It legitimately made me jump out of my skin.
Well to be more accurate if she were a Greek Siren then she would be a half-Bird woman instead of half-Fish, a better term for an Evil/Monster-like Mermaid would be the Germanic Nixie or the Nordic Neck, but enough about That let's just enjoy the story!
I love the original film a lot but I have no shame in admitting that I would be so up for seeing this fully realised as an animated film. With that ending you have to do a follow up for this I wanna know where it goes next, this was so good. 😊👍
This movie has always had a special place in my heart ever since I saw it as a 6-year-old little boy. It was the movie that introduced me to all things Disney. It also began my love for redheads. But I was blown away by this Fanscription. I was concerned at first thinking it was going revolve around Ariel being the villain, but I'm glad it didn't turn out that way. I'm also glad you just didn't take the easy route and go with "What if Ariel was raised by Ursula." While that seems like an interesting concept, it just feels like a cheap way of telling an alternate take of a story. It certainly does look like we'll be getting part 2 somewhere down the road because I can't imagine you guys ending the story like this. It also looks like we'll be revisiting the world of "Frozen" once more. Awesome Fanscription guys. Looking forward to what you churn out next.
I have an idea, what if Ariel was a Selkie, and how would that affect her relationships with Eric and her family? Considering that Selkies can only spend 7 years on land, along with being able to have children with seal-like features, along with if their coat, which can allow them to stay with their loved ones when locked up, is destroyed, they either become human or die, there’s so many story possibilities!
I agree. We need a sequel to this Disney Fanscription of Ariel being a Siren. Also, I hope you guys make another Disney Fanscription you guys originally planned for What if Belle became the Beast and two X-Men Fanscriptions What if Angel/Archangel was in X2: X-Men United and What if Bryan Singer and Matthew Vaughn directed X-Men 3 called X3: Rise of the Dark Phoenix.
A back story for Ursula is a brilliant idea and you guys came up with a really good concept. I would much rather have seen that be a live action movie than a crappy retelling of The Little Mermaid. Hey, it worked for Maleficent so why not try it with Ursula, am I right?
@@boriskoutsenok6013 Sometimes I wonder if the myth started as sailors too long at sea thinking they were hearing birdsong (implying land is nearby) and sailing off-course.

I've been fallowing your fanscriptions since the Tim burton directed days, now you're gonna do a cross over avengers type end scene credits!? Ill admit im pleasently surprised of how this ended. 1. Establishes a motive for ursula hating humans due to a betrayal by eric's granparents 2. Utilizes existing lore to futher alter the story while remaining accurate in universe 3. Changes ariel and eric dynamic from love to down right hated. 4. The villian wins at the end 5. Ariel as a character actually gets consequences to her actions. 6. Posible crossover maybe? In conlusion this was surprisingly enjoyable, if disney had decided to make this version of the live action remake people might not have raise fire and pitchforks granted ursulas story in this version is essentially maleficent if she actual had followed throught with her vengeance; not to mention it gives he a genuine reason to go after eric in the 1st place and how she achieves it. Now the real reason i enjoy it was due to the depiction of ariel here she actual has to deal with the repercussions of her actions. Her love was a childs whim born of ignorant innocence one that ursula explioted to her benefit, cursing ariel in to a montrous siren being to sheer intrument for destroying eric kingdom and family; ending with erics rejection and digust for ariels actions. Ariel lost everything and above all her heart was broken due to her own misguided choices. And heres the thing this is actually close to how the book ends its the story of un requited love but here its the story of a misguided love and obessive love and the dangers that leads to. Nice touch on the arendele ending here cause fun fact hans christian anderson wrote both the little mermaid and the snow queen aka frozen. If this does end with a crossover sequel with your frozen what if it be and interesting idea. If not i could see a sequel where eric escapes the cave and hunts down ursula who has now started invading other kingdoms somehow and reluctantly reuniting with ariel to put an end to ursula with an army of humans and the remaining merfolk that havent being altered ursula is defeated the merfolk are saved, eric gains his vengeance maybe learns the truth of ursula and his granfather. At best he decides to rebuild his kingdom and makes it very clear to triton that merfolk can never return to his kindgom ever again but allows them to return to atlantica and swear no merfolk shall be hunted down as a olive branch due to their effort in defeating the sea witch. The humans rebuild their kingdom and eric becomes king and has a family, meanwhile in atlantica all seems well as a new king arion triton's grandson via his eldest daughter assumes the throne as triton has retired due to illness and grief; his daughters aided him to the best of their abilities taking on many of their father's responsabilities ruling the 7 seas. Tensions between humans and merfolk continued to be strained as humans still fear and despise the merfolk but rarely hunt them as decreed by the now older king eric, they mostly stay away from the kingdoms and remain in the sea living their lives now wary of humans themselves. As for ariel well hers is not a happy ending having chosen to exile herself from atlantica due mainly to her people's distrust and resentment of ariels action and her fathers dissapointment she flees surprisingly to ursulas old cavern now completely abadoned as her captives in her garden were freed from thwir curses. Only ariel remains the last curse victim of ursulas magic, sje spends many years going through the magic books ursula had studying to find away to free herself from the siren curse but she only is able to gain some semblance of control but now is permantly stuck in her siren form. So fleas to farthest regions of the sea hoping to isolated herself from merfolk and human alike. Time passes and slowly her body begins to weaken alomst as if the curse began to drain her lifeforce she decides to find and isolated cavern where she ultimately ends her life leaving only a trail of foam where she once was only for her call to echo endlessly in the cavern.
This is amazing. I love how you combined Little Mermaid & Frozen in this one. I'm guessing your gonna do a Frozen 4 after this? Anyways, i didn't know there was a difference between Mermaids & Sirens. I also seen a deleted scene from Onward that included sirens.
Actually in Once Upon a Time Ursula relinquished her position in Poseidon’s court and became a sea witch out of spite because Poseidon made Captain Hook steal Ursula’s voice and Ursula in Once Upon a Time was a Siren. Poseidon had Ursula sing to lure sailors to their deaths. Also, Flotsam and Jetsam’s names translate to Flood and Destruction.
This was a very imaginative story. I couldn't help but feel somewhat bad for Ariel by the end of it since all she wanted was to find adventure and true love on land. However I suspect the story isn't quite over. I'm curious to see if there might be a follow-up at some point!
If you make a part 2, you should have it be a sequel to the one where Tarzan is Elsa + Anna's brother. Maybe you could even have Elsa (regretfully) team up with Morgonna (who by the way actually HATED her sister). She'd want to fight Ursula, especially now.
26:35, What Ariel is now in Arendelle? Hopefully Elsa, Anna and Tarzan will free Ariel from Ursula's curse, but what to happened to Eric, also how dare he called Ariel, a sickening, ugly monster when she unexpectedly professed her love for him, seriously I think he may lost his only escape from the cavern, what a prejudice fool, Ariel was tricked by Ursula and couldn't control herself in her siren form, he should rot in the cavern forever.
Then Elsa would use her ice on them to stop them and freeze Ursula and she ever head of sirens when her father described it to her and and breaks the curse of the mermaids and king triton and revived everyone

The mad sorceress Ursula and her plan to rule over Atlantica. Trident, the ever worried and disapproving father who only wanted what was best for her daughter. Ariel's story ended happily ever after. . . but what if it didn't? What if darkness came to reign, what if Ursula's machinations came to fruition? And what if that little innocent mermaid, was the catalyst of it all? *Ending Narration* From there, the legend of the Siren came to be. Legends of a monster that lived below the depths of the ocean, who's very voice could charm and enchant men at sea, and lead them to their deaths. The sorceress's revenge was complete and now she sets sights on great global conquest. Not to mention, rumors have already popped up in the kingdom of Arendelle of sightings of a mysterious creature. Light became darkness, victories became tragedies, and hope seems to have been forever lost. But this is only ONE possibility. . in the DISNEY ELSEWORLDS. *The Narrator brings his lit cigarette to his mouth, smokes a bit as a foggy mist rolls in. . the sound of Ariel's siren song coming in, as the image of the narrator fades away. . his eyes giving off a bit of a red tint. . as he disappears*

This is By Far my Favorite FanScription! Sirens are one of my favorite Mythical Creatures. I wish there was a movie out there that was just as dark as this.
I got goosebumps after this Fanscription. Well done. I hope the end was a setup for what could be a very interesting trilogy.
Are we going to see a fanscription about Ariel being raised by Ursula?
they already did that with Hercules.
@@kikotama9518
i know, but i don't mind seeing it twice,
maybe in this version captain hook made a deal with Ursula to kidnap ariel after he killed Athena (when he rammed her with his ship)
and ursula raised her to steal the trident.
i mean hypothetically speaking that would interesting
@@kikotama9518And The Lion King

Ursula is the first Villain/Disney Villain to win in this Fanscription story series. She gets her revenge by eating King Victor alive. I also enjoyed the ending where Ariel hypnotizes and presumably eats those men alive I hope more Fanscription series where the villains win is created because I REALLY enjoyed reading this one, keep up the great work.
Yeah because I want to see the Horned king win and maybe make Pocahontas historically accurate

@@ChannelAwesome if this is going to be a crossover then maybe can we a FanScription on the Black Calderon?
I never actually thought of that but I think aerial might actually be a siren and a thirsty one at that, That actually makes more sense why Ursula took her voice And why Eric was so mesmerized by Ariel's song in the first place
... except that it's impossible for Ariel to be a siren, and Ursula having siblings isn't farfetched. If she were a siren then her mother would've been one too, sirens are completely different creatures from merpeople, a lot of similarities, but different creatures... starting with the fact that Sirens are Greek ocean spirits, women only bird people, while merpeople could be either gender 1/2 person 1/2 fish, are much older in stories coming from ancient Sumera the oldest known human civilization, and not spirits (though descended from a God).
Mermaids also killed and ate people almost as much as sirens, could be just as evil, they both had beautiful voices to lure men to their graves. Sirens did it for either food or because funny to watch big ship go boom, then would feast on the survivors while still alive. Mermaids either would lure men to drown them and then eat them after they died, or would keep them alive but only to reproduce, what happens to you afterwards ehhh well... who can say either keep you or wouldn't.
Sounds more like Ariel is not a (pure)Siren, but her mother might have been.
How many people out there have ever been mesmerized by their favorite singer?
@@crispincain1665 the prequel movie that nobody asked for said that her mom was just another mermaid
*Ariel
During the ad break, I got a trailer for the live action little mermaid and lemme tell you that no force on earth could stop me laughing at the irony 😂😂
Disney movies like Peter Pan and Little Mermaid have a lot of potential as horror movies in all honesty they'd be better than the constant live action remakes.
Fr fr
Don’t forget the Black Calderon

Love these "the villain wins" fanscriptions. Thank you.
I have a couple of fanscription ideas I'd like to see:
- What If Disney focused on Darker Material?
- What If The Last Airbender 2 Happened?
- What If Dragonball Evolution 2 Happened?
I mean, what would The Last Airbender 2 even be? It would just be Book 2 Earth but worse, boring and nonsensical.
R u trying to get us all killed out here? 😱
We need a sequel to this! ^_^
I enjoy the amount of work you put into these, Walter! Love theorizing as well. Very cool stuff!
This honestly your best and most darkest Disney Elseworlds Fanscription yet. Keep up the good work.
Same
If Ariel was a siren, she would have feathers and more closely resemble a bird.
Not really Sirens are more similar to a mermaid not a bird, Bird like is more harpy.
Makes sense. After all, Sirens were originally bird people before being conflated with mermaids.
Finally, a Disney movie that deserves a sequel.
Oh man I can sense a major crossover with the other fanscription they had done and I'm all for it 💜
You mean with Tarzan being in frozen?
@@HunterPrimeVA Yep

Ok, there's gotta be a sequel. There's no wat you guys can just end it there.
This was great, but the story has to continue on another day!
\fuck yea. i hope different frozen universe than they did. nno tarzan or evil anna. see, disney, that's the way 26:37. imagine the theater reaction.
I definitely agree. This feels like the Directors Cut of Little Shop of Horrors. The ending is just too much of a downer, at least for me.
I let this sink in for a few hours and I am still imagining this in my head! Man, what a horror story that would be!
I can strangely appreciate Ursula's anger and her succeeding in her revenge in this one, considering what was done to her. Poor Ariel, though
A back story for Ursula is a brilliant idea and you guys came up with a really good concept. I would much rather have seen that be a live action movie than a crappy retelling of The Little Mermaid. Hey, it worked for Maleficent so why not try it with Ursula, am I right?
I can’t wait to see a part two if you do do that.
This honestly is somehow better than the movie
Actually mermaids are a kind of sirens, which was why her voice was really important
You know what. That actually makes sense.
Sirens used to be depicted as birds with women faces.
@@boriskoutsenok6013 Sometimes I wonder if the myth started as sailors too long at sea thinking they were hearing birdsong (implying land is nearby) and sailing off-course.

Ill admit im pleasently surprised of how this ended.
1. Establishes a motive for ursula hating humans due to a betrayal by eric's granparents
2. Utilizes existing lore to futher alter the story while remaining accurate in universe
3. Changes ariel and eric dynamic from love to down right hated.
4. The villian wins at the end

With that being said, showing Ursula's backstory is nice and would've made a much better origin movie than Maleficent or Cruella.
This is amazing. I love how you combined Little Mermaid & Frozen in this one. I'm guessing your gonna do a Frozen 4 after this?

Actually in Once Upon a Time Ursula relinquished her position in Poseidon’s court and became a sea witch out of spite because Poseidon made Captain Hook steal Ursula’s voice and Ursula in Once Upon a Time was a Siren. Poseidon had Ursula sing to lure sailors to their deaths. Also, Flotsam and Jetsam’s names translate to Flood and Destruction.
This was really chilling
A great twist of the original movie awesome job I loved it🧜🏼♀️😈🌊
This was a very imaginative story.
Is it just me, or do I want to see a continuation of this particular Elseworlds story?
You’re not alone. I also think this deserves a follow up where we get a happy ending.

The mad sorceress Ursula and her plan to rule over Atlantica. Trident, the ever worried and disapproving father who only wanted what was best for her daughter. And what if that little innocent mermaid, was the catalyst of it all?

From there, the legend of the Siren came to be.
